Research On Social Worker's Role In Social Work Service

Our country is in the social transition period,the social problem is complex,the social demand is diversified,the demand for social governance and social services is very high.Social work as a kind of innovation of social management and service of professional and vocational,in practice,its development has a very strong sense of mission and has a strong sensibility of social problems.At present,more and more social service agencies and organizations tend to choose social work services as their own development mode,social workers as the main service providers in these organizations and institutions,it is on the ability of social workers put forward the new requirements.Social services,as the driving force for social work development,depend on certain organizations and social workers.In this article,the topic is the role of social workers in social work services.The author tries to explore in service which roles are needed to ensure the quality of service and service effect,in practice,what factors lead to the social work role playing is not perfect.In this paper,the author tries to combine the service projects of the first hand,the W service project in C,to study the social worker role in the social work service.Full text from the angle of view of the ecological system.First,this paper discusses the research of the selected topic background,the relevant theoretical basis and research methods,and then reviews the related literature of the study of social worker role.In this paper,the author use the literature research method and qualitative research method,refining and generalization of social workers in the social service of the actual service and work situation.On the basis of analyzing the status quo of the social work role playing,and from ecological system theory,the author analyzes the reason.Finally,from the micro,meso and macro level,the article focuses on improving the role of social workers,and puts forward the ideas and suggestions for improvement.This article sums up the practical role of social workers in social services,combined with service,found that social workers often act as service providers,plans and implementation,resource links,communication and coordination and support role.In role play in the process,roles and the role of practice does not adequately.In the role play,there is a lack of role and inadequate role practice.The factors that affect the role of social workers are mainly:the professional knowledge and the level of practice of social workers themselves;low recognition of social work;the service attitude is negative.Meso causes include:the problem of the university education model;The social worker organization has been lacking in training,supervision,etc.The relevant parties do not really accept and support social work.Macro factors reasons are:low social recognition,problem of position and salary,and poor supervision system.In last part proposed to improve thinking,focuses on the micro,meso and macro levels.On the micro level:enhancing the professional knowledge and practical ability of social workers;alignment positioning;promote self-promotion-The middle-level recommendations include:the responsibility of social work institutions to strengthen training and management.;community to enhance awareness of the social work,support the work of social workers.The macro level is carried out in several aspects of government policy,supervision system and service system.The involvement of the advantages of different angle of view,from the perspective of ecological system to explore found problems,needs,and from all the aspects of ecological system,considering the social work in the various aspects of social environment,put forward improvement ideas,to promote the growth of the social worker.Ecological system under the perspective of social work intervention,place the social work and its problems in certain situations,the resources from its environment,in order to better solve the problems.This article based on my internship experience,this is one example of concerning the study on the role of social workers.Through the understanding of social work and social services,combined with theoretical knowledge,the author tries using the theory of ecosystem to study the role of social workers in social services and hopes to have a certain significance for the later research.Around the point of social workers,highlighting the social worker's role in the innovation of social work,social services,to some extent help to cause the attention to social workers and seriously,is conducive to better play to the role of social workers.
