The graduate employment problem is the common concern in academia and political in recent years.The female graduate students are hard to find a job.Let the graduating female master terribly defeated is not only the problem of difficult employment,but also they face the issues of marriage and birth.Paid vacation and maternity leave let the employer inclined to offer low-cost male candidates in recruiting the male staff and female employees.Female master's own career goal is not clear,such as subjective factors of female master also have a negative impact on job hunting.Foreign country's study of the behavior almost focus on the Human-Job Match Theory and Personality Type Theory;Chinese study focus on the value,factors,psychological and so on,rarely use the theory of the sociology to analyze the problem.Be based on the research of the foreign and Chinese study,this study believes that female graduate career choice behavior is not only related to the group of female master,employing units and the government is important participant in the behavior.So,this study divided in to five parts:First,in the introduction,briefly describes the research background and previous research results,why to carry out this study and significance of the research;secondly,using a quantitative questionnaire survey method to describe the current situation of female graduate students in Shanxi Province.Summarize the characteristic of them.The third part analyze the influence factors of female masters behavior in choice of a career in Shanxi Province from the actors themselves,resource control,purpose and interests guidance and standards and social system,The fourth part is on the basis of analysis of the status,characteristics,reason of female master's behavior to achieve the best possible ways of choosing a career.The fifth part is the conclusion of the study.Throughout the whole study,quantitative and qualitative method all be used in this study.In particular,questionnaire is used in the part two,interview method is used in the part three.The author choose six female graduate students to interview for the data to analyze the reason.The choice behavior is the object of the research,select the quantitative method and qualitative method,and from Coleman's rational choice theory to analyze the why female graduate students choose the job.In summarize,female students have different marriage,different age,different professional,and they control different resource when they start to choose a job,the employer which is the other object in the behavior system also provide a variety of benefits to let they choose.Female graduate students will consider their purpose,to exchange with the employer rationally.So,to help the female graduate students choose the best job,themselves must play the main role,the employer play the object role and the Shanxi government must Establish a good environment.
