Psychological Analysis Of Job Selection Of Full-time Postgraduates Of Physical Education From The Perspective Of Rational Choice Theory

With the enrollment expansion of higher education institutions,the number of Postgraduates in China is also increasing.Full time Postgraduates of physical education,as a part of the group of postgraduates,also have their professional particularity,and often bear greater pressure in employment.Therefore,it is very necessary to pay attention to the career selection psychology of the group of full-time Master of physical education.By consulting the relevant research results at home and abroad of rational choice theory and postgraduates’ employment / job selection psychology,using the methods of literature,qualitative research,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,and taking the rational choice theory as the starting point and entry point,this paper compiled the micro level questionnaire of Postgraduates’ job selection psychology of full-time sports The questionnaire includes three scales: the meso level questionnaire of career selection psychology of full-time Master of physical education graduates and the macro level questionnaire of career selection psychology of full-time Master of physical education graduates,and the questionnaire is used to investigate the full-time Master of physical education graduates in China.The research conclusions are as follows:1.The micro level questionnaire of career choice psychology of full-time Postgraduates of physical education,the meso level questionnaire of career choice psychology of full-time Postgraduates of physical education and the macro level questionnaire of career choice psychology of full-time Postgraduates of physical education have good consistency reliability,combination reliability,structural validity,convergent validity and discriminant validity.2.The overall job selection psychology of full-time Master of physical education postgraduates is at the upper middle level,but the level of individual actors is uneven and the dispersion is large.3.The career selection psychology of full-time Postgraduates of physical education is the result of micro rational action,meso rational action and macro rational action.4.The micro level of career choice psychology of full-time Master of physical education postgraduates,from high to low,is the cognition of career choice,the purpose of postgraduate study,the view of career choice and personal ability;There are significant differences between men and women in career cognition,career outlook and personal ability,and men are higher than women;There are significant differences in personal ability between urban and rural students,and urban students are higher than rural students;Whether they are only children or not,there are significant differences in job selection cognition and personal ability,and the only child is higher than the non only child;There are significant differences in job selection cognition and personal ability from the time of graduation,and it is higher within one year than within two years.5.The middle level of career choice psychology of full-time Postgraduates of physical education is career expectation,career goal and career pressure from high to low;There are significant differences between men and women in career selection goals,and men are higher than women;There are significant differences between master’s degree and professional master’s degree in job selection expectation,and the academic master’s degree is higher than the professional master’s degree;There are significant differences between urban and rural areas in job selection expectations,and urban areas are higher than rural areas.6.From high to low,the macro level of career selection psychology of full-time Postgraduates of physical education is career preparation,employment guidance,career influencing factors and career realization path.There are significant differences in the types of master’s degree between master’s degree and professional master’s degree,and the academic master’s degree is higher than the professional master’s degree;In terms of influencing factors of job selection,there is a significant edge between urban and rural areas,and urban areas are higher than rural areas;There are significant differences in employment guidance between urban and rural areas,and urban areas are higher than rural areas.
