No perfect textbook can be suitable for the actual teaching practice in all regions,which requires teachers to make use of the teaching materials creatively,namely the secondary development of the textbooks.Therefore,teachers need to further develop the teaching contents that are not suitable for the local area,including reasonable addition and deletion,approriate re-processing of teaching materials and rational development of better teaching resources.At the same time,personal subjective will and experience can not be the sole basis for the secondary development of textbooks,it must be in accordance with the curriculum standards on the basis of the teaching materials and students' needs.With the main purpose to make the teaching content better conform to the actual teaching situation,it is also conducive to the better development of students.Based on the concept of secondary development of teaching materials and the teaching practice in rural primary schools,this paper studies the actual situation of the secondary development of art textbooks in rural primary schools.Some problems in secondary development of the art textbooks in rural primary schools will be found through research methods like literature review,interview,questionnaire and classroom observation.Then reasons for these problems will be analyzed.After the the summarization of the principles and methods for secondary development of textbooks,they can be carried out in teaching practice.Finnally,relevant useful suggestions will be proposed.It is hoped that this study will be beneficial to the secondary development of textbooks,optimization of classroom teaching and improving their interest for art among rural students.
