The construction of a new socialist countryside refers to the economical construction,political construction,cultural construction and social construction of the rural areas according to the requirements of new era under the socialist system,and finally realizes the goal of the construction of a new socialist countryside with prosperous economy,perfect facilities,beautiful environment and harmonious civilization.If we want to realize the construction of new socialist countryside,we must first realize the construction of rural education.Since the implementation of the plan of special physical education post teachers in the middle and western regions in2009,the physical education in rural primary and secondary schools in Northern Anhui Province has developed very well.Special post teachers have brought advanced educational ideas to backward rural physical education,and their teaching achievements are obvious.However,the development of this team is not stable.After the service period,many teachers choose to develop in other places with good conditions.In this paper,through the investigation and research on the life,work,continuing education and scientific research of the PE teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in Northern Anhui Province,the purpose is to deeply understand their professional development status and try to solve difficulties in their life and work,and improve their awareness of serving the countryside.In this paper,through the sampling survey of the teachers of special post in rural primary and secondary schools in Northern Anhui Province,the purpose is to find out the deficiencies in the process of carrying out the special post plan in Northern Anhui Province,so as to find out the omissions and make up for the deficiencies,and put forward suggestions and Countermeasures for its future development.Through investigation and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:1.In the north of Anhui Province,the salary of PE teachers in rural primary and secondary schools is low,and there is no other welfare benefits.2.In the north of Anhui Province,there is a large amount of work for PE teachers in rural primary and secondary schools,and it has become a normal situation,while physical education has become a part-time subject,which has seriously affected the quality and enthusiasm of PE teachers.3.In the north of Anhui Province,there are less opportunities for teachers to participate in learning and training in rural primary and secondary schools,and the evaluation mechanism for local titles is unreasonable,which affects the enthusiasm of teachers.4.Special physical post teachers in rural primary and secondary schools havelife and psychological pressure,school leaders do not care about special post teachers and lack of humanistic care for special post teachers.5.In Northern Anhui Province,we should increase the income of special physical education teachers,arrange the workload of special physical education teachers reasonably,support the professional development of special physical education teachers at all levels of education departments,pay more attention to the life of special physical education teachers in local primary and secondary schools,and strengthen the ideological education of special post physical education teachers.
