Under the guidance of "Ordinary Senior High School Physics Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)",the classroom teaching reform has made steady progress with the direction of cultivating students' key competencies and has obtained certain achievements.The idea of high-efficiency classroom is to flexibly master physical knowledge through effective learning as well as to acquire more methods and way of thinking.And this idea coincides with the idea of physical key competencies.As the cornerstone of high school physics learning,the teaching of junior high school physics should also take the key competencies of physics as the direction standard to explore strategies that are more appropriate for junior high school students.The purpose of this study is to create an efficient physics classroom which can cultivate students' scientific thinking and exploration ability for lifelong learning,form a good scientific attitude and sense of responsibility,and lay a foundation for the cultivation of high-quality talents in China.The main content of this paper includes the following four parts:1.Analyze the research the background and significance,summarize the domestic and foreign research results,connotation and theoretical basis of pedagogy of high-efficiency classroom and physics key competencies at home and abroad,and define the research ideas and research methods of this topic.2.Carry out a questionnaire survey to understand the current situation of high-efficiency classroom teaching and the cultivation of key competencies in junior middle school physics,and to analyze the reasons for the low effectiveness of the classroom teaching in junior middle school physics.3.According to survey result,putting forward the optimization strategies of the high-efficiency classroom of junior high school physics based on the core quality of physics subject.4.Design physics class with the help of strategy and carries on practice.Quantitative analysis and research were conducted on the results of after-school tests and questionnaires,test the effectiveness of the teaching strategy of high-efficiency physics class in junior high school based on the core accomplishment of physics.Through this study,the author obtained the following research results:1.Analyze and explore the efficient classroom of junior high school physics under the key competencies,2.Current situation of junior high school students' physics study:low efficiency of learning methods,few experimental operations,high dependence on teachers,poor assimilation and grasp of knowledge.3.Starting with students' learning habits,improving the physics learning strategies;starting from students' learning interests,optimizing the physics teaching situation;focusing on improving students' comprehensive ability and innovating the teaching methods;based on the long-term development of students,enriching the teaching pattern.4.The experiment proves that this strategy can improve the learning effect of students.
