With the coming of the informationization and the digital age,school education is faced with new issues and challenges.As another important subject of students' educational system-family caused wide attention from all walks of life.School whether it can be combined to family with close cooperation and together to do a good job of student's education is the current and future research topic.About the parent-school cooperative research in China started relatively late and weak,and the research is around the parent-school cooperative content,way and so on,the systematic parent-school cooperative education mechanism research is not enough.And the construction of cooperative education mechanism between primary and parent school is the premise and guarantee for its work.In the study,it can enrich the research view of the primary and parent school cooperative education mechanism,expand the research vision of this field,to further improve in accordance with the law,in accordance with the rules,scientific education theory system,enrich the modern school system and work running system,improve school management level,improve teachers' comprehensive quality,improve the quality of family education,optimize allocation of education resources,and promote the all-round development of students.Compared with other period,the elementary school parent-school cooperative education mechanism research more shows its importance and particularity.First,the primary school students is in a critical period of growth and development and is also a habit,psychological critical period of growth.Because of the age,elementary school students self-management ability is not high enough,this needs to establish working mechanism,parents and schools are to strengthen cooperation and joint efforts to do a good job of the child's education.Second,the elementary school parents group is younger than others,they understand and accept new things quickly and the new system implementation will be relatively smooth.Third,the implementation of the elementary school parent-school cooperative education mechanism will lay the foundation of the implementation of the each period mechanism in the future.This study on the basis of extensive literature data,did a survey which selected lacey three city elementary school as the research object,used the survey method,literature research method,case study method,on the three schools teachers,parents about the present situation of the thought of the family school cooperative education mechanism,the situation of the the organization garantee system of family school cooperation,the present situation of policy support mechanism,platform operating mechanism,current situation of parent-responsibility mechanism,the development situation of the family school cooperation education,the implementation effect of family school cooperative education mechanism and found that the cooperative education working mechanism mainly exist such questions that institutional construction is not perfect,policy support mechanism is not perfect and the mechanism operation safeguard measures are lost and it adverses platform operating mechanism.And based on this,it advances the all-round support building between the primary and parent school cooperative education mechanism,forms the organization garantee mechanism,policy incentive mechanism,platform operating mechanism and has carried on the practice exploration and obtained good effect.This article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,including the research background,the research significance,research status and the research methods.The second part is the theoretical basis of the primary and parent school cooperative education mechanism research and related concept definition.The third part is the present status of the lacey city three elementary-school ‘s primary and parent school cooperative education.The fourth part is the practice exploration between them.The fifth part is conclusion.
