Elementary school is the beginning of the compulsory education stage, the school education problem get more and more attention by the different sectors of the society, class management work is an important part of school education work, the implementation of primary school class management work to affects and decides the educational efficiency and quality of education of the whole school directly. It requires a primary head teacher plays education wisdom in the process of the class management to work well, however, it is quite difficult for a new head teacher who is the key point of the research. This article is a narrative study that will aim at the getting experience and growth in the process of the class management activities of the new primary head teacher, summarizing the confusions and problems in management activities, according problems to put forward suggestions in order to promote the new head teacher in management class better.This research adopts the education narrative research methods, select a new head teacher in Jinan elementary school as the research object. Through the field observation, interviews and other methods to collect data, organizing and recording the story in the process of class management, founding her confusion and growth in the process of class management.This research is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the problems that put forward and the research value, collecting and reviewing the related reference materials at home and abroad, defining the core concepts pf the research. The second part, the paper introduces the research design and methods. The third part, discussing the object's class management for half a year in the way of narrative research, being excited and hesitated when hired, groping and draw lessons from experience slowly, learning in the process of management constantly.At the same time reflecting which aspects need to improve in the process of experiencing class management.The fourth part, in view of the existing problems that the head teacher have in the process of class management, offering help reasonable suggestions to the new head teacher in elementary school to improve class management capability.
