Primary school education majors and new primary school teachers combine a special group of teachers.Their teaching level directly affects the quality of teaching and determines the future of primary school teachers.As for the teacher intern who is about to go to the teacher's post,after learning the education and teaching theory,professional teaching and training practice,and systematically mastering professional and cultural knowledge,some of them pass the national qualification examination and obtain the teacher's qualification certificate,and some of them continue learning to obtain teacher qualification certificate.They have the most up-to-date educational concepts,but face the real classroom,they often do nothing.Professional internships in the pre-graduation is significant in shorting the occupational adaptation period and accumulating post-service education.Normal Students' Understanding,Recognition and Attitude toward Education during the Internship will affect their future teacher career's growth goals and achievements.Facing many practical challenges in education,internship is a transitional period of social role for each normal student.The improvement of classroom management ability,especially,is of vital importance.This article uses self-narrative research methods to review the problems and promotion paths of classroom organizational skills encountered in the internship process.The main sources of information are personal records of teaching,which are related to the first-line expert teachers,(teachers teaching and research team leader,etc.)to consult the exchange of records,based on above resources,I summed up that the structure of teacher intern's classroom management ability include: the ability to organize classroom discipline,teaching design ability to stimulate students' interest in learning to coordinate the relationship between teachers and students,Teaching reflective ability.Based on the author's internship experience,she presents herself with self-narrative research methods,analyzes the problems and influential factors and the development course of the teacher's professional intern's classroom organization and management ability with the self as a case,raised basic measures to improve classroom management ability aiming at personnel training in normal universities,primary and middle school professional practice base and students themselves.It is hoped that the results of this research can provide references for undergraduate normal students,postgraduate masters in education and newly appointed teachers in their early stage development.
