October 9, 2009, the International O lympic Committee announced golf is the formal game in 2016 Olympic Games and the 2020 Olympic games. Golf once in the Olympic Games in Paris, and the St. Louis games as an official event. After a lapse of more than 100 years once again return to the O lympic family, which indicates that the competitive golf now into part of the athletics sports all over the world. This paper by China golf female assembly training team as the research object, the object of study is14- 16 years old girls. This period of girls is in the growth and development, mainly in the secondary syndrome developed, body shape development speed began to slow down, the flexibility of strength, weight, height and nervous system has a larger room for development.Through analysis golf project characteristics and technical movement characteristics, the game energy metabolism characteristics, special physical characteristics, combined with the actual situation of the players, to develop a reasonable fitness training program. Golf is different from the characteristics to other projects, but also requires the control ability and stability of the athletes. In training,we combined golf game in the form of features with the psychological factors and the players for action control ability and stabilit y, all- round development the quality of the players, to lay the foundation for the improvement of technology and the performance of the game. This article uses the literature material method, the experimental research method, the questionnaire survey method, the mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method studies the C hina golf female assembly training team amateur training physical fitness present situation, and get the following conclusion:(1) by the body shape of the test players understand t he status of body shape players, found that the overall height of golf adolescent female athletes at this stage, the upper limb length, lower limb length, fingertip distance and so on on a good level, but high levels of body fat rate, less muscle composition.(2) By players' fitness testing, in terms of physical fitness, upper and lower extremity strength, core strength, aerobic capacity, agility and other quality to be improved, with good flexibility.(3) Players during physical training, focusing on strength athletes, coordination and aerobic endurance athletes sensitive aspects of the quality of scientific and effective training, physical training three times a week is included in three different forms Three different forms of strength training and endura nce training, and various forms of physical exercise, and the overall level of golf fitness training team women's team players has been considerable improvement in the level, to promote competition results have improved to some extent.Following the adoption of physical training, competition results have increased significantly(4) Players, explain the physical training program developed and achieved good results in the training process, but with the world's best golf adolescent female athletes It results there is a gap, indicating that the athletes in the physical and technical aspects still exist many problems in the latter part of the training should focus on improving.
