Golf is a competitive sport,and core strength training has an important impact on strengthening golf's special physical fitness and improving the level of competitive sports.Purpose : Through a comparative analysis of the speed,flexibility,balance,and sensitivity of the experimental and control groups,this paper explores whether core strength training can effectively improve the physical fitness of golf college students and provide a reference for golf teaching practice.Method : In this study,literature data method,Delphi method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,comparative analysis method and mathematical statistics method were used.24 golf students from Wuhan Institute of Physical Education were selected as experimental subjects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group carried out core strength training,and took the influence of core strength training on golf college students' physical fitness as the research object.Result: 1.After 12 weeks of core strength training,the experimental group showed no significant difference in vertical stroke height(P> 0.05),but there was a significant difference in side throw solid balls and standing long jump(P <0.05),the left side of the side throw solid ball increased more than the right side;2.After 12 weeks of core strength training,the experimental group had significant differences in seat forward flexion,trunk bilateral flexion,and trunk bilateral rotation(P <0.05),the right side of the trunk bilateral flexion increased more than the left side,but the left side of the trunk bilateral rotation increased more than the right side;3.After 12 weeks of core strength training,the experimental group had significant differences in one-leg closed-eye support and DOMYOS balanced support(P <0.05),the right foot of the one-leg closed-eye support is longer than the left foot,and the time change of the DOMYOS balanced support is also very obvious;4.After 12 weeks of core strength training,the experimental group had significant differences in T-test,hexagon jump(P <0.05),and its significance level was greater than that in the control group.Conclusion: 1.Core strength training has a positive impact on the development of the upper and lower limb muscles and the abdominal muscles and back muscles of the torso,improved the speed quality of the swing;2.Core strength training has a positive impact on theflexibility of the shoulders,hips,and trunks of the experimental group,strengthens the muscles' ability to stretch and contract,and improved the flexibility of the swing;3.Core strength training has a positive impact on the stability of the lower plate and torso of the experimental group in an unstable state,which strengthens the balance ability of the human body on both sides and improved the balance of swing;4.Core strength training has a positive impact on the continuity and coordination of limb movements in the experimental group,strengthens the synergy between the core muscle group and the distal muscle group,and improved the sensitivity of swing.
