A Study On School Bullying Behavior In High School

School bullying behavior is a special type of attack that is common in primary and secondary schools.Its high frequency and perniciousness bring teenagers negative effects physically and mentally from many aspects.In recent years,frequent incidents of bullying on campus have attracted nationwide attention greatly.Although there are many foreign studies on school bullying,most studies focus on the intervention of bullying.By far there has been no effective intervention system to review the problem of bullying behavior in middle schools from the perspectives of society,school,family,and so on.In view of this,the present study uses questionnaires and interviews to analyze the damage,reason,and coping strategy of bullying behavior from the multidimensional perspectives of society,schools and families.The project group has conducted questionnaires in four high schools,in order to understand the current situation of high school campus bullying,and interviewed with some of the teachers,parents about their awareness and intervention of bullying.The results show that:the frequency of occurrence in key high schools is different from general high schools;one of the key reasons of the reoccurrence of bullying is the stand by attitude of most students when facing a bullying situation;bullying in interpersonal relationships is the most common type in all high schools;interpersonal bullying occurs more in the first grade than the other two grades;teachers and parents lack awareness of bullying,and they are ignorant about the harm caused by it.Although research on school bullying began in the 1990s,but by now there has no effective intervention mode of anti-bullying in schools.Deal with bullying in school requires full participation of the whole society,to provide teenagers with an educational environment of happy learning and growing.Our pursued value is "not to bully,and not to be bullied."...
