The Research About "Absence"? And "Offside" Phenomenon And Role Positioned Of Head Teacher

Head teacher work is an important part of school management.Head teacher is the class organizer,manager and coordinator,and is the most contact with students and influential students.No matter what kind of role does the teacher play in the class management process,there is a direct impact on students,but if the role is different,and its educational significance will also be different.At present,the new curriculum reform made new requirements to the head teacher,and under such a circumstance,my research analyzes focused on the class teacher "offside" and "vacancy" outstanding problems in the process of head teacher management,and the head teacher's role was further tried to reposition in this paper,with a view to the relevant study conclusions can be used as reference and guidance for the practice of head teacher.Access to literature,questionnaires and interviews and other research methods were used in this study,taking the FanTing Middle School of Yuanping City of Shanxi Province(where the author work in now)as an example,the "offside" and "absence" phenomenon of head teacher in there was classified and analyzed.The offside were divided into four kinds: the power offside,the function offside,the role offside and the emotion offside phenomenon,and the absence were also divided into three kinds: the cognitive absence,the mental absence and the action absence phenomenon.Based on the value orientation of education purpose and the reform and development needs of education,the role of head teacher,the first is a class manager,and whose basic responsibility is to ensure normal and orderly operation of the class.Head teacher is the leader of student thought,there is a responsibility of each head teacher can not shirk that to make students who in a semi-mature,semi-naive special period continue to mature in thinking and behavior.Head teacher is the student's emotional care,and each head teacher must have a humanistic feeling to keep abreast of the students' psychological dynamics,and to give students warmth and love.
