With the development of the society,the progress of science and technology,concept of updates,people pay more and more attention to education,the teachers in high anticipation,high standard,high load of work environment feel great pressure,their job burnout phenomenon generally become more and more obvious.There are a lot of people in the past research of primary and secondary school teachers' job burnout,rarely on nine-year education school teachers' job burnout.As the education highland in Suzhou,the industrial park has more than 10 nine-year education schools,so the researcher take Suzhou industrial park nine-year education school teachers as the research object,using literature method,questionnaire method and interview method,to investigate on the current situation of teachers' job burnout.The results are as follows:(1)Teachers in the total score and burnout dimensions are greater than the average number,indicating a higher Suzhou Park City Teachers' burnout level.(2)There are significant differences between male and female teachers,but only in the depersonalization dimension of burnout,there are no significant differences in occupational burnout total score and other two dimensions.(3)There are no significant differences of teachers between different ages in occupational burnout,emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and accomplishment dimension.(4)Significant differences exist in teachers of different qualifications in occupational burnout,emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and achievement dimension.(5)There are no significant differences between teachers of different teaching age in occupational burnout,emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,accomplishment dimension.(6)there are significant differences in professional burnout,emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and achievement dimension.(7)Work load factors,personality factors of teachers,students and interpersonal factors have a significant impact on the emotional exhaustion dimension of burnout.(8)Student factors,interpersonal factors,the work load factors have a significant impact on the depersonalization dimension of teacher burnout.(9)Career development factors,interpersonal factors and educational reform and a sense of stability factors have a significant impact on the achievement dimension of teacher burnout.According to the analysis of causes about nine-year education school teachers'occupational burnout,we put forward some suggestions from two aspects of school management and personal adjustment.About how to alleviate the teachers' pressure,how to reduce or eliminate the nine-year education school teachers' job burnout.
