| Teachers'job burnout in our country has attracted people's attention over the recent years. There are many researches about it. They include states and reasons on teachers' job burnout. Now we continue the study in order to know the tendency and the reasons of teachers' job burnout in our schools.First we used Maslach's MBI as an original version. Then we revised it based on the city situation where we surveyed. The questionnaire has three dimensions. They are emotion exhaustion, depersonalization and personal accomplishment. We used the questionnaire to investigate one hundred and ninety-five teachers in C city of Anhui Province. The study result tells us that:Firstly, the teachers' job burnout is not serious. But some teachers have had apparent job burnout emotion. Secondly there is an obvious difference on depersonalization between teachers in primary school and teachers in junior school. There is an obvious difference on personal accomplishment between teachers in primary school and teachers in senior school. There are obvious differences on emotion exhaustion and personal accomplishment between teachers with 6-10 years and teachers with 11-15 years. There is an obvious difference on depersonalization between teachers with 11-15 years and teachers with 16-20 years. There are obvious differences in differences qualifications for teachers. There is an obvious difference on personal accomplishment between teachers who married and teachers who unmarried. There are no obvious differences about job burnout between female teachers and male teachers, between directors and not directors, between teachers in cities and teachers in towns.Then we continued to survey the teachers about teachers' job burnout influencing factors. We used another questionnaire which was designed by Li Bing. It contains eight factors. They are students, workload, vocational development, work environment, interpersonal relationship, teaching skills, education reform and sense of security and teachers' character. We found work environment, interpersonal relationship and workload are three main influencing factors.Based on the investigation we put forward some countermeasures against teachers' job burnout. We should create healthy social support network and high quality work environment for teachers. Teachers should build healthy working attitude and improve their quality fully. We should seek after the way that alleviates burdens on teachers to relieve teacher workload. |
