At present,English teaching in vocational schools is not very optimistic.The students are weak in English and they have no interest in learning English.The teachers' old teaching methods and evaluation methods make vocational school students lack confidence and enthusiasm.In order to change the current situation of students' autonomous learning in secondary vocational schools,it is necessary to do some researches.This study takes Yangzhong Secondary Specialized School as a case to discuss the training of the self-learning ability of vocational school students.First of all,based on the theory of autonomous learning,according to Zheng luofen's "the vocational school students' English Learning Autonomy Scale",combined with the characteristics of English subject,from the learning motivation and attitude,planning,self-monitoring,learning strategies,self evaluation and adjustment in five aspects,the "secondary vocational students' English autonomous learning situation table" survey,conducted a questionnaire survey of 425 students.The results of the survey found that students have a certain sense of autonomous learning.They can achieve a certain learning effect through a variety of learning methods in the appropriate autonomous learning time.However,there are a lot of problems,such as:no English learning motivation,no habits of making English learning plans,the self-control ability is not strong,cannot use good learning strategies,English learning self evaluation and adjustment of consciousness is not too strong etc.Most secondary specialized school students are too dependent on their teachers and lack of autonomy in their English study.Secondly,this paper analyzes the reasons of the influence of the secondary vocational school students' English autonomous learning from four dimensions of schools,students,families,and society.The teacher centered classroom teaching mode,ingrained sense of family,society to the occupation education do not attach importance to the influence of vocational school students' English autonomous learning ability of the external factors;English learning is not clear enough,no goal to master scientific learning methods,will control the low level of ability in autonomous learning of vocational school students' internal influence English factors.Finally,aiming at the problems existing in the English autonomous learning of secondary vocational school students,this study puts forward a series of measures to stimulate students' autonomous learning of English in vocational schools.Such as:secondary vocational schools should pay attention to students'English autonomous learning ability:improve the medium occupation school English teachers' professional accomplishment,and vocational students to build communication,improve students' autonomous learning ability of new teacher-student relationship,teacher-student interaction in English classroom of secondary vocational school in the process of their own;Countermeasures of English autonomous learning ability to improve students' English:make clear learning goals and plans,strengthen learning ability,continuous processing control results in the process of English learning,continuous summary and reflection to the use of other learning materials and learning tools;parents should create conditions for secondary vocational school students' English Autonomous Learning:change the concepts of family and children,pay attention to develop the habit of autonomous learning,appropriate praise can stimulate English learning motivation;at the same time,society should create a positive learning atmosphere.
