In the information age when knowledge and skills are increasingly updated and professional needs are constantly changing, cultivating students’ autonomous learning ability is an important means for vocational education to train high-quality technical and skilled talents. However, secondary vocational education,as an important foundation of vocational education system,is not optimistic about the current situation of autonomous learning ability of secondary vocational students and the cultivation of autonomous learning ability in secondary vocational education. The emergence of micro-courses,which is the product of information-based education, provides a broad space and superior conditions for autonomous learning,so how to effectively cultivate the autonomous learning ability of secondary vocational school students based on micro-courses has become a problem worth exploring.Under the guidance of Constructivism learning theory,Humanistic learning theory and Elaboration theory, according to the present situation of secondary vocational school students’ autonomous learning ability and the advantages of micro-courses in creating conditions for students’ autonomous learning, this paper constructs a autonomous learning model for secondary vocational school students based on micro-courses,and applies the autonomous learning model in the teaching of Garment structure drawing for fashion design majors in secondary vocational schools. To test the effectiveness of this model in the cultivation of secondary vocational school students’ autonomous learning ability.First of all, this study adopts the literature research method,on the basis of combing the literature of autonomous learning and micro-courses,Combined with the investigation of the present situation of self-learning ability of secondary vocational school students,it is concluded that there are some practical problems in autonomous learning of secondary vocational school students, such as lack of learning motivation, lack of learning strategies, poor self-monitoring ability, lack of self-summary evaluation and so on.By combing the domestic and foreign autonomous learning modes and analyzing the key elements of cultivating autonomous learning ability, this study constructs the autonomous learning mode of secondary vocational students based on micro-courses.In the stage of teaching experiment, this study adopts the quasi-experimental research method. In the teaching of Garment structure drawing, the author applied the autonomous learning model of secondary vocational school students based on micro-course,which promoted the occurrence of students’ autonomous learning behavior,in order to continuously strengthen students’ autonomous learning awareness and improve students’ autonomous learning ability. In the analysis of teaching effect,By comparing the data between the experimental group and the control group, and analyzing the change of autonomous learning ability and learning effect in the experimental group,it is concluded that the autonomous learning ability of students in the experimental group has been improved after applying the autonomous learning model to teaching. It shows that the autonomous learning model is effective in cultivating the autonomous learning ability of secondary vocational school students. The autonomous learning model of secondary vocational school students based on micro-courses and research conclusions of this study, not only provide reference for the teaching and research of secondary vocational teachers, but also provide a new autonomous learning model for secondary vocational school students, which is helpful to form autonomous learning awareness and improve autonomous learning ability.
