Autonomous learning,as a learning ability,is the foundation of lifelong learning and development.It is a learning process of independent of others′ guidance,learners have a certain motivation and can make the learning plan and goals,also apply the learning strategy and have the self-monitoring and evaluation.Secondary vocational students is the main body of the secondary vocational school,cultivating the autonomous learning ability is contributed to lifelong education and future career development,also promote the teaching methods of secondary vocational education.This paper researches on the autonomous learning of secondary vocational students in Tianjin and knows of the autonomous learning condition.Through the questionnaire investigation and interview the teachers and students of part secondary vocational schools,find that: the secondary vocational students have a certain understanding of the autonomous learning,but lack the systematical perception;they realize the importance of it,pay attention to the professional course generally.Learning motivation: the inner motivation excel the outer,recognize its effect to the personal development.Learning plan and goals are made roughly,so it works ineffectively.Cognitive strategy is the main way,meta-cognitive strategy and resource management strategy are the auxiliary ways.The ability of self-monitor is weak,lack the sense of self-evaluation regularly.There are several issues in the autonomous learning of secondary vocational students,insufficient recognition of the public course;lack the specific implementation of learning plans;lack the integration of learning strategies and concentration and perseverance during the learning process.Its reason analysis are from school、teachers and students,school′s relevant safeguard measures;teachers lack the sense of curriculum development;students lack the sense of autonomous learning and self-management competence.So some suggestions are put forward: in terms of students,develop the learning interest and autonomous ability gradually:make clear of learning motivation and correct learning attitude;make specific and feasible learning plans;try to integrate and apply the learning strategies;monitor the learning process reasonably,to boost personal development.In terms of teachers,develop and construct the curriculum of autonomous learning: attach importance to students effect in the curriculum development;explore the suitable teaching content and strategies to meet their needs;build the harmonious and democratic learning environment in the curriculum implementation.In terms of schools,perfect the relevant safeguard measures:apply the teaching and management model;enhance the teachers team construction;build school culture construction of autonomous learning.It can provide some advice to promote the autonomous learning of secondary vocational students,so to promote the development of secondary vocational education.
