test anxiety is one of the main problems and problems in educational psychology,emotional psychology and school psychological counseling,and it is also a common psychological barrier to students.According to the research in the world,test anxiety is widespread in the world in the primary and middle school students,the study found that mild anxiety can help students better to test,but when the anxiety of the students development to a certain extent,will seriously affect the examination results and physical and mental health of students,so in high school on students' test anxiety for effective intervention will help students away from the troubles of test anxiety.Psychology researchers,education researchers,medical scientists have joined the ranks of anxiety disorders,the study of a series of measures on the measurement of anxiety and treatment of anxiety symptoms.Our research on test anxiety has made breakthrough progress,but most remain in theoretical research,little research on intervention measures of test anxiety,even with the operability is not strong,empirical research on test anxiety intervention treatment of less.This study focuses on the empirical study of high school students in a senior high school in Shuangliu County,which is dedicated to helping students to stay away from test anxiety.This study is divided into four parts:Part one: through combing the literature found that the current domestic and foreign research on anxiety disorders,as well as intervention;Review the development and research status of aerobic exercise at home and abroad;Through the view of the literature to find out the current test of the students test anxiety of the authority of the questionnaire for this study.Part two,the Shuang Liu County high school class in accordance with the Stage test ranking stratified sampling.The selected classes of students conducted a questionnaire survey of anxiety status.Select the participants according to the findingsPart three,the design of aerobic exercise training program,Implementation of aerobic exercise program for selected classes.Part four,,after four months of implementation of the program,once again on the experimental classes of students test anxiety test.And the results of the test and the results of the previous test are analyzed,and compare the result of four classes we can get the conclusion.The main conclusions of this study are:1.Aerobic exercise has a positive effect on relieving test anxiety among middle school students.Aerobic exercise can stable mood students,improve students' self-awareness,teach students to control their behavior and relieve test anxiety effect;2.Aerobic exercise can relieve the examination anxiety,which have an impact on the individual learning attitude,and ultimately improve the learning achievement.
