| groupworkcooperating study as a new teaching mode has been widely applied in all subjects in most middle schools with a view to its advantages of enhancing students’ thirst for knowledge,beneficial to giving full play students’ subjective imitative and training students’ teamwork cooperatingspirit.It is more common in physics teaching.However,after experiencing the practice for some time,groupworkcooperating study appears some issues leading dissatisfactory effect in physics class of junior middle schools.It cannot live up to the expectations of the teaching workers.The advantages of groupworkcooperating study have not be brought out thoroughly.This paper takes Grade Eight in A Middle School as the research object,on the theoretical basis of group dynamics theory,cognitive delicacy theory and constructivism,through in-depth observation,understanding and analysis of the physics classrooms in middle schools as well as some students’ questionnaire and teachers’ interview,explores the existing issues of groupworkcooperating study of physics classroom at the three stages of preparation,implementation and evaluation,and summarizes some typical issues of groupworkcooperating study at the three stages of in physics classrooms in junior middle school.Then,in order to solvetypical issues of groupworkcooperating study at the three stages of in physics classrooms in junior middle school and improve the class efficiency,the writer analyzes the reasons of these issues in details and comes up with corresponding solving strategies from the aspects of teachers and schools.The paper proposes 6 suggestions for teachers.1.Allocate roles reasonably and train students’ sense of responsibility;2.Flexibly allocate the time of groupwork and improve students’ sense of achievement;3.Elaborately design “leaflet” and arrange homework pertinently;4.Structure “Three Questioning and Three Answering” teaching method to train students’ study skills;5.Perfect the evaluationsystem to give full play students’ autonomy at utmost;6.Manage groupwork study team scientifically and improve the classroom’s effectiveness.Moreover,the paper comes up with three suggestions forschools.1.Train the teachers for groupwork cooperating study in advance;2.Develop abundant teaching activities and stimulate students teamwork spirit;3.Establish an incentive mechanism and improve teachers’ initiative. |
