The progress of The Times,the development of education for high school teaching management must keep pace with The Times.As a high school teaching management is an important part of the assignment management,need to be more efficient,more actively to improve the teaching quality of education services.Assignment management work at ordinary times,presence in the high school student work attitude is passive,the efficiency is low,the teachers' assignment management does not reach the designated position,not science,seriously hindered the improvement of education quality of teaching.For in-depth and comprehensive understanding of the management status of corporation operation,solve some fundamental problems in operations management,this article from the following four aspects has carried on the explanation and description:Firstly,to Xinjin Huarun senior middle school teachers and students,the questionnaire survey to understand the homework in high school management,teachers' ideas,practices,thinking,such as assignment design,homework assignments,assignment evaluation,assignment control,etc.,as well as the student's work status,such as work attitude,assignment number,operation time,operation difficulty and operation times,etc.Then discusses the general theory of high school management,including the operation of the meaning,form,function,operation management concept and operation management functions,etc.Next,the main research how to carry out high school assignment management.Assignment management standard related content,for example,such as making basis,assignment management target,operation management standards and implementation of the specific content of the and the content of the workprocess management such as assignment design,assignment control,assignment evaluation,homework assignments,etc.Finally,the achievements and problems of the present study made a simple summary.In this study,through literature retrieval method of assignment management review,record and relevant theoretical results,provide theoretical basis for research.With questionnaire investigation,data statistics,the acquisition of the high school assignment management true,accurate and abundant data.To study the specific operational aspects of assignment management,assignment management and each link,first plan,practice,teachers and students in assignment related change after the management change,be targeted adjustment,assignment management to further development,system,operability.Through research,pioneering define all key elements of the assignment management concept and system of mutual relations;Established high school assignment management implementation standards;Summarizes the operation management measures;Universal design the four categories of homework form;To create the assignment information acquisition more tables.And,more importantly,greatly changed the CRC senior high school student work attitude and working efficiency,achieve the change of their learning styles;To strengthen the teachers' assignment management ability and consciousness,promote the transformation of the teaching methods.In conclusion,this study based on the learning and teaching,and the school,systematically to create the standard of ordinary high school homework management,system and its operational procedures,for high school interdisciplinary assignment management,has the high reference value.
