Research On Student Leaders' Management Strategy During The Students' Autonomous Management Process Of Average High Schools

With the development of the society,the new round of curriculum reform evolves thrivingly in our country.The reform highlights the all-round development of students,and takes the cultivation of comprehensiveness and autonomy to a new level.To implement the new curriculum reform,as well as the quality education,we must promote the students' autonomous management.Implementation of students' autonomous management makes the maximum level of improvement on the students' independence and achievement on students' autonomous development.It not only adapts to the ideas and requirements of the new curriculum reform,but also provides fertile ground for the students' development.Curriculum reform puts more emphasis on improving students' comprehensive qualities.It advocates the perception of basing on the students and the practice of autonomous management.Traditional class management based on the control of head teacher becomes more questionable,however,autonomous management,which generated by following the tide,is gradually accepted by more people.Now more and more schools and classes begin to adopt the autonomous management mode.The key of autonomous management is to develop the consciousness of self management for each student in the class,to improve the independent management ability.The core is the cultivation,management and application for the students' leaders,which requires the school and the teacher to define significance and far-reaching influence of autonomous management on country's personnel training,school's healthy development and the student personal fate.That's the reason why we should change the traditional management ideas,and strengthen the consciousness of class autonomous management.Secondly,in class management,the teacher ought to instruct the class cadre with great patience and tolerance,ought to improve the class conventions,and to implement them strictly.The teacher should influence and guide the class cadre to help and care for students with patience,which could make "flexible system" achieve "rigid implementation".Thirdly,we should strengthen and optimize the training system sustainably,such as the teacher to the students' leaders,monitor the team leader,team leader to team members,and so on.All these efforts could support for the steady progress of autonomous management,promote the communication,cooperation and mutual assistance between teachers and students,make the class culture with family affection deeply rooted among the students and move forward constantly as well.
