| The development of the times has not only affected the change of social demand for talents,but also changed the way of teaching thinking.The core of teaching has changed from how to "teach" to how to "learn",and realizes the shift of thinking from teaching to developing.In the overall framework of the core literacy for the development of Chinese students,it puts forwards that students should have the six core literacy which includes "learning to learn","responsibility to take on" and "independent development".It also emphasizes to cultivate the interest and consciousness of leaming,the ability of adjusting and evaluating learning process,the sense and of responsibility,and respect for students’personality development.Change has become a profound mark of the times,and what remains unchanged is the continuous improvement of talent requirements.How to adapt to the development of the times and improve the learning ability of learners has become a problem for people to think deeply.Learner’s self-management can make the most of learners’internal driving force,comprehensively improve learner’s comprehensive ability and quality,and develop the quality of lifelong learning,so as to adapt to the development of the times and social needs,and calmly cope with the challenges of different situations in life.Learners’ self-management plays an important role in promoting learners’individual development,but there are still many challenges and problems in the process of practical application.For example,self-management is widely used and its importance is widely recognized,but learners know little about what is self-management and how to do self-management,and they are still confused about how to use tools to support self-management and how to promote self-management.In order to solve the specific problems in the process of learner’s self-management and meet the practical needs of self-management,this study intends to solve the following problems:(1)what is the connotation of learner’s self-management?What specific procedure and elements are involved?(2)What are the strategies to support learner’s self-management and how to apply them?(3)How effective is the application of self-management strategies in promoting learner’s self-management?What are the influencing factors?According to the above questions,the paper mainly studies from the following five aspects:First,the study about the connotation of learner self-management.This paper mainly interprets metacognition theory,self-determination theory and other theories through literature research,so as to consolidate the theoretical basis of learner’s self-management.Then,it combs the connotation of selfmanagement of learners,and clarifies the definition,significance and content of Learner’s selfmanagement.A questionnaire survey was carried out in order to understand the reality of learner’s selfmanagement and find out the existing problems and needs.Through the analysis of the survey results,we can provide the basis for the construction of the self-management model and the design of selfmanagement strategies.Second,construct the strategy system of learner’s self-management.Based on the problems and needs found in the self-management status survey,this paper constructs a learner self-management model of "five steps,four elements and three stages" according to relevant theories,analyzes the steps,elements and stages of self-management in detail,and clarifies the process of Learner’s selfmanagement.Then,according to the five steps of "self-plan","self-practice","self-monitor","selfevaluate" and "self-regulate" described in the Learner’s self-management model,the paper designs the self-management strategies and sub strategies using relevant principles of pedagogy and psychology,in order to help the development of self-management of learners.The strategies of five dimensions include:self-cognition strategy and task study strategy in self-planning dimension,task execution strategy and tool application strategy in self-practice dimension,learning progress monitoring strategy and emotion change monitoring strategy in self-monitoring dimension,learning process diagnosis strategy and learning outcome reflection strategy in self-evaluation dimension,as well as "goal and task regulation strategy" and "attitude and emotion regulation strategy" in self-regulation dimensions.Third,the practical application of learner’s self-management.The model and strategy of learner’s self-management are applied to the specific practice.The experimental class and the control class of "C language programming" are selected to carry out action research and quasi experimental research.Through the three stages of "design,practice,analysis and improvement" forming the iterative cycle process,it optimizes the specific application of self-management strategies,tests the effectiveness of self-management strategies,and provides case support for the development of Learner’s selfmanagement.Fourth,the application effect analysis of Learner’s self-management.According to the behavior data,questionnaire survey data and interview data of the learner’s self-management practice process,the analysis and discovery are carried out in the aspects of learning task completion effect,learning motivation and strategy,self-management investment degree,learning task management tool acceptance degree,self-management effect,etc.:the learner’s task completion rate has been greatly improved and task awareness has been strengthened;the learning motivation and the application of learning strategy has been improved;the dimensions of self-planning,self-practice and self-regulation of learner’s self-management engagement have significant positive correlation with individual learning performance;the task characteristics and technical characteristics of learning task management tools applied in practice have better adaptability,which can significantly affect individual use behavior and performance.Through the application effect analysis,the rationality and effectiveness of selfmanagement strategy are preliminarily verified.Fifth,the development and optimization of learner’s self-management.According to the problems and experience summary found in the application practice and effect analysis of Learner’s selfmanagement,this paper summarizes the application ideas of strategies of Learner’s self-management.That is,the application of self-management strategies should face the overall development of selfmanagement subjects,the advanced activities of self-management process,and the optimized integration of management applications.Moreover,from the three aspects of convenient operation,process visualization and service intelligence of self-management,the paper designs the tools of selfmanagement of learners,in order to make clear the development direction for improving the development and application of self-management tools,and provide help for supporting individual selfmanagement.Based on the practical problems and social needs,this study combs the connotation of learner’s self-management,constructs the model and strategy system of Learner’s self-management.Through application research and effect analysis,it is found that strategies of Learner’s self-management can play an effective role in the process of self-management.The results of the study can provide reference for the relevant research of Learner’s self-management. |
