this paper is based on the education of specialty related theory of training students' self-confidence at home and abroad,and the sport-confidence scale which is drawn up by Rosenberg,Li-ping Che,combining with the teacher in charge and teachers' opinion,to design the scale of the current situation of primary school students' self-confidence,the object of this study are students of the school in case,and the interview to the students,teachers,found that elementary school students are commonly lack self-confidence,from wide view of the different ways to training students' self-confidence are now identify the reasons of the problems,and then in view of the problems to find a solutions to cultivate the students' self-confidence,this study attempts to embarked on research expertise.First of all,to analysis the practice of specialty training students' self-confidence.First of all,find the spark of the student,the schools in case try to give their students more opportunity,and pay more attention to personality prominent student,to create chance to discover the spark of ordinary students.Secondly,carry out special club activities.Finally,study some individual cases.by practice analysis,the author found that cultivating specialty students self-confidence,there are certain productive,but deficiencies are following.Secondly,based on the analysis of specialty practice: students lack of self-confidence.teachers have difficulties to discover students' spark part,such as some non-professional teachers lack glamour evaluation ability,their attention on students is not enough,popularization of teaching strategy,unfavorable to the students' personality development,inappropriate words and behavior make the spark part of students been ignored,lack of chance for students to shine,or chance to choose their special projects.teachers' specialty activity are poor,such as the plan of special skilllearning are incomplete and unscientific,special class reward system is not perfect enough.Also,imperfect school specialty curriculum,such as teachers' structure difference.Finally,the analysis of the case study which causes the effect is not complete.Finally,aiming at the shortage of the school in case,the author will put forward the coping strategies from the two aspects: school,the teacherThe author hope that through the above research,the road to make the specialty education to cultivate students self-confidence to go smoothly,primary school students' self-confidence can have a better development.
