As the human society enters the 21 st century,China has become the second largest economy in the world after years of unremitting efforts although the speed of economic development is slow in many other countries.It is amazing for people worldwide.Many changes have taken place as China becomes stronger,which is pleasing and exciting.However,Chinese football has not made much progress for a long time or even worse.It contradicts the status of China in the world and the dream of becoming a sports power.In recent years,the Chinese government devotes to reforming Chinese football.At the same time,both the Nation Sports Bureau and the Education Department encourage football to go into campus.They want to change the current situation of Chinese football and improve the quality education of Chinese teenagers.It is a new reform in education.On 26 th,November 2014,Liu Yandong,the State Deputy Prime Minister,made important instructions about developing Chinese campus football in a national conference.In 2015,the Education Department took back the leading power of the campus football and made new plans on developing football in campus.The educational departments all over China take action immediately,which becomes the biggest highlights of reforms on PE classes.In terms of its significance as a sport,football as a subject in campus is worth the wait.Each school has its specific campus culture.It is an atmosphere in a school.It includes the design of the school buildings,the sights on campus and its environment.It also includes the tradition,the custom,the relationship among people,the public opinions,the students' psychology health and various regulations in a school.
