In recent years,domestic track and field sports show good development momentum,not only puts forward new requirements to the competitive system and at the same time to the athletes themselves level put forward higher requirements.Athletics technology rapid development in China at the same time,and at the same time the competition is also increasing,both the international competition,also has the domestic game.The school sports work regulations of Chinese government made clear that schools hold a school-wide sports meet time must be once or twice a year,play important roles in the games is track and field referee.Graduated from a large part of the college students of sports colleges into each work in the sports teaching of primary and secondary schools,organization or participate in track and field sports meeting for many times,every year the games require professional track and field referee.The state education commission issued relevant professional courses scheme of track and field referee professional students put forward strict requirements,"the student must be able to separate the school's teaching job after graduation,and sports training task.This paper takes education professional track and field referee training present situation of college sports in Jiangsu Province as the research object,using literature method,questionnaire survey method,logical analysis,mathematical statistics and other research methods,the completion of the overall study area learning ability of track and field referee's current situation,to learn from the students' psychological activities,teachers,training the method and effect of the four aspects of the hardware facilities are analyzed,found:1.The conflict between teaching objectives and students' actual needs;2.Single teaching form,lack of scientific teaching mode;3.Following the traditional mode of education to ignore the cultivation of students' ability,the number of hours of teaching arrangement is unreasonable,the students lack of regular practice opportunities and other three main problems.Conclusion:1.The students for the track and field referee love degree is not high,low interest in learning,but most of the students in order to increase the employment of chips or willing to learn and obtain the relevant certificate of the track and field referee;2.The senior grade of the track and field referee teachers is not high enough,but they all have rich practical experience;3.The teaching method of the track and field referee training is still the traditional mode,and the lack of innovation;4.The lack of hardware facilities for track and field referee training,can not fully meet the training needs;5.The number of hours of teaching arrangement is unreasonable,the students lack of formal practice opportunities.According to the deficiency of the course of track and field training for students majoring in Physical Education in Colleges and universities,the following recommendations are given:1.In accordance with their aptitude,pay attention to students'subject status;2.Improve the quality of teachers,balance the ratio of teachers and students;3.The curriculum arrangement is scientific and orderly,and the proportion of the practical class is increased;4.Innovate the content of teaching materials,improve the quality of teaching.
