The Major of Physical Education is a important source of cultivating outstanding PETeachers. The track and field class is the backbone of the professional class in the whole sport,and it is a required course for undergraduate Sports Department. It is a very importantposition in their profession Occupies, it is "the mother of all sports". Teaching environment isone of the important factors that affect teaching quality and effectiveness. All learningactivities should be in certain teaching environment conduct, Athletics lessons are particularlyprominent, the lesson of Track have a tremendous impact in the field of teachingenvironmental education activities for the entire organization/the Teaching quality and theeffectiveness. The object of study for the article is the teaching environment of PhysicalEducation in12undergraduate colleges in Hebei province. The means of the essay areliterature、interviews、observation、questionnaires and so on. Throw the Analysis of data andresults, the conclusions are as follow:1.The natural environment and the quality of the equipment of the vast majority of theschool’s track and field teaching venues are quite good. But there are still not very well, thereis only soil site, and it plays the role of impact to the Track and field teaching and teachingeffectiveness, teaching quality, student self-motivation and so on.2.The basic facilities of Track and field teaching only meet basic education needs, thenumber of venues in which to throw their teaching can not meet the demand, the use theproject site of jumping is nervous too. The update rate of books about athletics data and imagedata is very slow, and it does not meet the needs of teachers and students.3.Arrangements of each item in track and field class, jumping and throwing class areunreasonable and it can not meet their educational needs, particularly the technical skillsthrowing can not meet their needs. The number of classes in the class, most of the class sizefrom30to40people, resulting in the number of multi-class, it is not conducive to teaching.4.It can be seen from the current situation in Hebei Education Undergraduate TeachingAthletics psychosocial environment of the survey that the province athletics cultureinstitutions is good. Classroom learning atmosphere is thick, and it has a strong cohesion. 5.As about the interpersonal relationships of Track and Field Teaching, it has a goodrelationship between students and teachers, the teacher-student relationship forward intimatetype of development, but there are still some deficiencies in the communication of teachersand students, the defect should be resolved and the specific improvement of students theoverall performance of the relationship between the good and the vast majority of students,they can do solidarity and common progress.6.The teachers’ professional capacity of Hebei Province Athletics undergraduateeducation is very high, they all can complete the task of teaching. But the action research anddemonstration capabilities and innovation capabilities should be improved. The purpose ofMany students is to learn future employment needs and examination standards, which leadingstudents to a passive position, these issues need to be resolved. After the end of the track andfield course most students consider themselves in the referee capacity, competitionorganization and layout capabilities, teaching ability and javelin throwing techniques in theseareas should be improved, the results did not meet their expectations.
