The Development Condition And Suggestion Of The Nantong City Public Sports Service In The New Urbanization

Nantong is in the new stage of rapid development of urbanization,as one of the first new urbanization comprehensive pilot cities,it's very important work for our city government to establish and form a complete set of public sports service system so that we can release the contradiction between people's increasing demand of the public sports service and the shortage of the basic supply of public sports service.The paper,using the methods of literature,expert interviews,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,explores and investigates the development condition and strategy of Nantong city public sports service in the new urbanizationThe research shows that the related regulations of Nantong City is lack of overall planning,so the legislation is unable to meet the needs of the situation.Though government spends a lot of money to boost public sports service development,we still need more sources of funds.Sports fields and equipments barely reach the standard and fail to meet the needs of special groups.Besides,schoolsports fields are not enough.There are varieties of new sport events,but the residents don't know much about them or their participation enthusiasm is not high.We have perfect structure of sports organization,but our management and propaganda are not enough.Social sports instructors are fewer than the need.The residents' understanding and demand level are low.Basic sports fitness propaganda is in place,but covering effect is not satisfied.Constitution monitoring work is being institutional;however,monitoring service fails tobenefit the majority of residents.Evaluation index is not scientific,feedback mechanism is not smooth.According to the development condition,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures: we should adjust measures to local conditions and make overall plans on related policies and regulations.Broaden the channels to ensure the sports funds investment.Optimize configuration,try to raise the utilization ratio of facilities by all means.Carry out more sports activities relying on events.Recruit more talents and make sports community work more efficient,Complete with sufficient social sports instructors.Promote innovation,build fitness atmosphere in different areas.Implement,monitor and archive at the same time.Build a scientific system,set up and clear feedback mechanism.
