A Research On The Rural Public Sports Service System Of Zibo City In The Process Of New Urbanization

At present,the construction of new urbanization and public services have attracted much attention,which is of great significance to the future development of our society and people.The urbanization strategy has risen to the national strategy.With the implementation of the new urbanization strategy,the existing public sports service system can no longer meet the needs of the new urbanization.In order to speed up the development of the new urbanization,it is necessary to improve the current public sports service system.As an important element of the public service system in the process of urbanization,sports should recognize its own problems in development and reflect deeply on its own development thinking to adjust its strategic deployment.At present,more and more scholars in our country pay attention to public services,while there is very little research on the rural public sports service system.This article takes the rural public sports service system of Zibo as the research object.10 townships were randomly selected,and five administrative villages in each township were selected for on-the-spot investigation in Zhangdian District,Zhoucun District,Linzi District,Yiyuan County,Huantai County and Gaoqing County,etc.By using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical statistics,on-the-spot investigation and logical analysis,a preliminary understanding of the present situation in the construction of Zibo's rural public sports service system was made.Through logical analysis and field investigation,the following conclusions were drawn:To begin with,the new urbanization reform is both an opportunity and a challenge to zibo's rural public sports services.New urbanization not only promotes the construction of new rural communities,but also promotes the development of rural public sports services,but also excludes the old example resources for the development of rural public sports services.Additionally,the superior allocation of funds and the public welfare fund of sports lottery have ensured the fund stability of Zibo's rural public sports services,but due to the imbalance of fund allocation,the hardware facilities and software facilities of Zibo's rural public sports services are out of balance.Simultaneously,the construction of Zibo's rural public sports service system is the key to promote the development of Zibo's public sports service.The imperfect public sports service system and the incompatible evaluation system have seriously hindered the development of Zibo's rural public sports service.What's more,the rural public sports service system of Zibo includes the system of venues and facilities,sports policies and regulations,sports funds,sports activities,sports organizations,sports information,sports guidance.The long and the short of it,the problems of the development of the rural public sports service system in Zibo City include that the organization construction is not perfect,and the role of sports instructors is also not enough and the quantity is small.At the same time,the source of funds is single and the distribution is uneven.However,the policies and regulations are not perfect,and the propaganda is insufficient.
