Continuing Education And Analysis Of The Current Situation Of PE Teachers In Primary And Middle Schools Of Hanjiang District Of Yangzhou City

“Teachers are the center of education reform”.Physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools are important participant and facilitators in the realization of the new development of sports,the new span and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.It is an inevitable trend that primary and middle school PE teachers must constantly update the teaching conception,innovate the teaching method,mufti skill and develop professionally.so teachers must keep pace with the times,adapt to the development of education reform,improve and change the traditional teaching concept,and constantly improve their own quality,expand and improve their knowledge and skills.Therefore,strengthening the construction of physical education teachers,and constantly improving the quality of physical education teachers are the requirements of the development of the times and society.With the implementation of physical education and health curriculum in primary and secondary schools,the new teaching concept put forward higher requirements for the quality of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools,and continuing education is an effective way to improve the quality of the teachers in various aspects.So it is a practical and urgent task for us to strengthen and improve the teachers' continuing education,to implement the new mechanism,new system and new mode of continuing education.This paper used the method of literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other scientific research methods,It takes Hanjiang District of Yangzhou city middle school physical education teachers as the research object.The paper describes the theoretical basis of this study,summarizes the current situation and development trend of teachers' Continuing Education at home and abroad and the related theory of education,and combines the domestic sports teachers' continuing education situation,education mode,training management mode,The research defined the relevant concepts and investigated school Physical Education teachers,training mode,evaluation methods and related policy system in primary and secondary Hanjiang District of Yangzhou city and then put forward the suggestions and countermeasures to promote theHanjiang District of Yangzhou city middle and primary school sports teachers continuing education.Conclusion: Based on the analysis of characteristics and development trend of the continuing education in domestic and foreign small and medium-sized countries continue,combined with the domestic research achievements made in this area and practical experiences,Take Hanjiang District of Yangzhou city as an example,try to put forward the idea----change ideas,establish a lifelong education system;innovative mode of continuing education to promote the professional growth of teachers;It is essential to continue to adjust education content,cultivate innovative teachers,improve assessment methods,construct evaluation system of continuing education course;To achieve the modernization of education,the following aspects must be included such as optimizing the teaching staff construction of continuing education expert group,reasonablely arranging a time to solve the contradiction problem;multi-party co-ordination and improving the mechanism to ensure funding.
