The hope is that education in China, the root of education is to cultivate talents. The teachers profession is teaching,they need to improve their knowledge structure, improve the level of their own.Teachers' continuing education is in order to achieve such purpose. Under the background of new curriculum reform, music is the universal attention of society, achievement is outstanding. But the music teachers continuing education training existence the phenomenon of divorced from reality and not practical, leading to poor music teachers' continuing education training effect. In rural primary and secondary school music teachers' continuing education should adjust measures to local conditions,since the. Changing teachers' perceptions of continuing education,establish and improve the quality of primary and secondary school teachers continuing education institutions, to carry out a wide range of continuing education activities in an all-round way, speed up the implementation of quality education, to promote music education transformation of success.The author of at pingkiang, hunan province, some basic situation of rural primary and secondary school music teachers' continuing education take the way of questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation carried on the detailed investigation. Based on the integration of data analysis concluded that the present situation of teachers' continuing education is not optimistic, there are all kinds of practical problems and deficiencies. In this paper, through the introduction of hunan province pingjiang xian music teachers' continuing education status and the deficiencies reflect the basic situation of rural music teachers' continuing education in China,to develop the research about rural music teachers' continuing education strategy to provide first-hand information, on the basis of at pingkiang,hunan's actual situation, put forward some feasible plans and measures, in order to guide the rural music teachers continuing education practice.
