Affected by the examination oriented education,the growth of China's Vocational College Students in the school environment,contact with the outside world society not many opportunities,no social experience and social adaptation ability is not strong,can not meet the growing demand for talent in the social economy.With the development of China's economic and social development,the quality of talent has also put forward higher requirements.Employment should not only have good physical quality,excellent professional skills,but also have a good social adaptability,distinct personality,creative awareness and competitive awareness.Therefore,the innovation and improvement of Vocational Colleges in sports teaching,play an important role in sports teaching to the cultivation of students' social ability,through the cultivation of students' physical quality and ability to adapt to society,to strengthen students' social competence,so that students in the increasingly severe situation on the survival and development of industry.Based on this,using random sampling method,the Wuxi Institute of occupation school 14 grade four classes of 200 students as the research object,put them in the experimental class and the control class were divided,in order to adapt to the collective learning method for the implementation of physical education classes in the two classes.This paper expounds the necessity and importance of physical education teaching in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward effective measures to cultivate students' social adaptability in higher vocational colleges.[methods can be slightly simplified,but there should be a primary study findings]Come to conclusion:Three after the experiment,the values of the 1 values were all less than 0.05,which showed that there were significant differences between the three kinds of values of the experimental class and the control class.In the physical education teaching,the use of the collective learning method can promote the social values of the students in Higher Vocational Colleges in a scientific and correct direction.2 after the experiment maturity measurement by T test,in addition to any of 100-120 points in the number of the P value is greater than 0.05,the rest of the fraction of the P values were less than 0.05,shows that the experimental class and control class there is a significant difference in the results.It shows that the social maturity of students in higher vocational colleges can be accelerated by the collective adaptation of physical education in PE teaching.3 after the experiment the frustration tolerance by T test,P value is less than 0.01,two groups of experimental results show that there is a significant difference.In order to show that the learning method to adapt to the collective sports in the sports teaching,for the social adaptability of the students learning and provide a vast space,so that students in the process of competition and cooperation to improve the psychological experience,cultivate good personality accomplishment,grasp the method of analysis,understanding things,enhance self-confidence,improve the ability to withstand setbacks.4 after the experiment,the interpersonal relationship was tested by P,and the T value was less than 0.05.The results showed that there was a significant difference in the interpersonal relationship between the two groups.Through the physical education learning collective adaptation can effectively improve students' interpersonal skills.5 the compatibility index of the experimental class was 2.9 percentage points higher than that of the control group,which showed that the collective adaptation of physical education teaching can effectively improve the compatibility of the collective.Two after the experiment,the 6 groups of students in the survey results in the tendency of loneliness,self accusation tendency,allergic tendency,physical symptoms,the tendency of terror,these five tendencies have significant differences.In the physical education teaching,the use of the method of collective adaptation of physical education,can effectively control and eliminate the psychological quality of the students in the psychological quality of the adverse development trend6 in view of the increasingly severe employment situation and the education of higher vocational colleges have their own characteristics,combined with the characteristics of higher vocational education can cultivate their interpersonal skills and cultivate students' communicative ability of students,cultivate students' self-control ability,put forward specific measures in the teaching of physical education on students' adaptation ability training: professional characteristics for students to carry out characteristic sports training,the creation of micro social situation,cultivate students' social consciousness,students will hone,improve the ability to adapt to society,to carry out the sunshine sports teaching,effective docking of social sports.
