Core stability training has caused great attention in recent years, it is treated by experts andcoaches in competitive sports training as an important part of the athletes’ physical training.At present,in the fierce competition in the competitive sports,it has been widely used in sports training.But inthe poor, especially the core strength on the research of the general population is more rare.Therefore,this study use higher vocational college students as the research object, according to the variousmethods of core strength training at home and abroad, design a set of corresponding training plandepending on physiological and psychological characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges,through the experiment to study from the perspective of a healthy body the influence of core strengthtraining for students in higher vocational colleges, and in order to know the effects on ordinary people’shealth of core strength training.If the core strength training for higher vocational college students’physical health has a positive impact, then we can introduce the core strength training to colleges anduniversities sports education, it can improve the health of college students and enrich the content ofsports education in colleges and universities.At the same time, it can provide experimental andtheoretical basis for the core strength training to use for the general population.This article mainly uses the experimental method combined with the literature materialmethod, influencethe of core strength training for normal college students’ physical quality of highervocational colleges, this experimental study choose40Liaocheng Vocational and Technical Collegemale students as the research object.Before the test,the40subjects were randomly divided into twogroups: experimental group (N=20) and the control group (N=20).Core strength training usingtraditional methods of strength training.The three times a week, every time makes an hour and a halfminutes of exercise, the intensity of training is the same between the two groups.We use the heart rate tomonitor the exercise intensity, the heart rate is controlled at a rate of135~150times/min.The test results show that the two groups were tested before and after test the quality of ndicators, is arelatively simple training method which can significantly improve the speed quality and endurance ofordinary college students, the main research conclusions are as follows:The core strength training can improve the physical quality of higher vocational college students, the physical quality of the five test index increased significantly.Compared with the traditional strengthtraining, core strength training can improve the quality of college students’ sensitivity, in a shuttle run of4x10meters it achieved significant improvement.The traditional strength training is the foundation ofstrength training and core strength training belongs to the category of basic strength training, therefore,the relationship between the two different types of training is complementary to each other. Thecharacteristics, function, training methods and announcements of core strength training is different fromthe traditional strength training and core strength training has its distinguished characteristics.Usingcore strength training the core muscles can make the power’s biggest by supporting, transmission,control the movement of the body.This paper argues that the traditional strength training and corestrength training treat improving the physical quality as the ultimate goal.The core strength training canjoin in physical education in higher vocational colleges, in order to improve the physical quality of thehigher vocational college students, it has a lot of help for the students to work in the labor-intensive job.
