Study On The Mode Of Double Hatching Garden Of Yijinhuoluo Social Organization

Social organization plays an important role in providing public service, and it is an important way to improve the social service function of the government. This paper selects the literature at home and abroad to foster social organization analysis, grasp the advanced practice of cultivating social organizations at home and abroad on the theory and practice of the guidance of social organizations in China to cultivate the organization work. This paper interprets the definition, connotation and function of the cultivation of social organization, and selects the double incubator park of Yijinhuoluo social organization as an example to discuss the operation process of social organization in our country. The article on the social organization in Yijinhuoluo double incubator operation process and operation mode analysis, summed up the stage of the incubation results, according to the field survey research to analyze the operation of the existing social organization in Yijinhuoluo double incubator mode in the problem, and find out the corresponding reasons, and finally put forward some suggestions to improve the social organization in Yijinhuoluo double incubator mode. The purpose of this study is to clarify the concept and characteristics of social organizations, to sort out the process of cultivating social organizations, to analyze the current situation and the plight faced by the grassroots social organizations in China.
