Study On The Working Mode Of "The Interaction Among The Community, Social Organization And Social Work Team" Under The Background Of Community Governance

Community is the people's livelihood production of social community,is the basic unit of society and cells,is the party committees and governments at all levels in close contact with the masses of the bridge and link.In recent years,all over the country are in-depth exploration of community social work development,seeking community governance innovation model.Accelerate the development of professional social work,promote community,social organization,professional social workers of the "three associations",has gradually become a new way to improve the modern social service system and enhance the level of grassroots community governance important starting point.This paper is based on the implementation of the "three associations" pilot work in a community in Fengtai District of Beijing.The author,as an internship social worker,participates in the "three associations" pilot work of the community,and uses the participatory observation and interviews method.Therefore,this study is based on the author's internship experience,aimed at exploring the "three associations linked to" work model to participate in the reality of community governance.Among them,some achievements have been made in the implementation,but there are some problems,namely,the role of professional social workers is not prominent,"three" linkage is less efficient,social participation and social resources into the lack of community residents Awareness is not strong,is the need for future work,constantly sum up experience,and gradually improve and improve the lack of,so as to continuously improve the level of community governance.In this way,some countermeasures are put forward,such as the professional help of social workers,the expansion of multi-community resources,cultivate community awareness,and promote the "three" independent linkage and integration.Finally,the "three associations" of this work model for the development of social work professional provides a good opportunity and space,look forward to the development of social work localization to a new level.
