The importance of parents'education ability and position undoubtedly. With the development of economy and society, concerned about the thinking of the individual child growth and development of family education, has been widespread concern in the community. But from a practical point of view, many factors of family education, parents will always be in a decisive position, but it is very regrettable, the ability of China's family education is generally not high. And the only way to effectively improve the ability of family education of children's parents, to further promote the comprehensive development of children's physical and mental health.In view of this, this paper in combination with the related basic theory research based on, in Northeast Normal University Experimental Kindergarten as the research object, by expanding the related research and interview, the ability of parents education culture was launched in empirical research. In the research content, the introduction part mainly expounds the definition of the research background, status, purpose and significance, ideas and methods and the main concepts; on the foundation of relevant theory, this paper from the parents'quality theory, knowledge and ability of transformation theory, discusses the attitude and behavior theory and group psychology and behavior theory; in the current cultivation of parent education ability of kindergarten, the Northeast Normal University Experimental Kindergarten as the research object, the investigation and interview of the kindergarten teachers and parents are parents education ability training status and family education ability for further analysis and discussion; in the analysis of the existing problems and reasons, this article from the parents of kindergarten education ability analysis of the training characteristics, problems and causes analysis, show existing culture and kindergarten education ability Discussion; finally, this paper draws the conclusion, this paper believes that the parents of kindergarten education ability training characteristics, cultivation measures is scientific and reasonable, and parents'education ability promotion has a direct relationship, although the Northeast Normal University Experimental Kindergarten Parents' education ability training the overall performance good, but there are still restricting and influencing factors. In view of this, in the proposal, on the basis of this that advice:one is to set up a committee of parents, to further strengthen their homes total finishing work; second is to set up professional ability of parents education training team, to compensate for the current kindergarten in parents'education ability training; three is to choose the park is for parents education textbook and compilation of the Parent Handbook"; four is to create the ability of parents education, kindergarten through the network means to carry out remote guidance; the fifth is to effectively help the old educational concept of value and the value of children rearing children's parents to change their concepts of education.
