The Advantages And Strategies Of Implementing Parent Education In Kindergarten

Since the new era,the construction of family,family education and family style is particularly important.From the point of view of education itself,parents should be a vital force to cultivate moral integrity,especially the educational quality of parents has a vital impact on the growth of children.Family is the mother school of children,and educational institutions are the main position of parents’ parental education.To study and give full play to the advantages of parental education in educational institutions is a positive response to the construction of family,family education and family style in the new era.Kindergartens,as one of the institutions that understand the needs of parents’ parental education,should give full play to their own advantages and create a learning opportunity for parents to improve their educational quality.This study takes 10 kindergartens in Harbin as the main research object.Through interviews,observation,case analysis and other methods,it analyses the advantages of kindergartens in carrying out parental education activities,analyzes the disadvantages and reasons of giving full play to the advantages,and puts forward the strategies of kindergartens in carrying out parental education activities.This study can provide reference for kindergartens to improve the quality of parental education and implement parental education.The first chapter discusses the research background,research purpose and significance,research content and innovation,definition of related concepts,theoretical basis,literature review,research design and research ethics and validity.The second chapter discusses the advantages of kindergarten parental education.In the first part,the advantages of kindergartens in implementing parental education are analyzed by comparing with other institutions,such as deeper understanding of value,stronger organization of activities,more professional implementation of education,more appropriate content of education,more diversified forms of education and more timely feedback.The second part analyses the shortcomings and constraints of giving full play to advantages,mainly including inadequate investment,lack of training,inadequate management and weak support.The third chapter discusses the strategies of implementing parental education inkindergartens.(1)From the point of view of the government,we should formulate relevant policies to put forward requirements for kindergarten parent education;strengthen supervision to ensure effective development of kindergarten parent education;ensure investment to give full play to the advantages of kindergarten parent education;incorporate training to give full play to the professional advantages of kindergarten teachers in implementing parent education.(2)From a social point of view,community involvement,integration of relevant educational resources,organization and cooperation,assignment of experts to guide the park.(3)From the perspective of kindergarten itself,we should strengthen management to improve the efficiency of parental education;kindergarten-based teaching and research to improve teachers’ parental education ability;plan courses to strengthen the support of parental education;innovate forms of activities to enrich the way kindergartens implement parental education activities.
