Parent assistant teaching is a new way for kindergartens to co-promote their homes.It is teachers who make full use of their parents' careers,interests,specialties and other resources.Parents are invited to participate in kindergarten activities through various forms to promote the overall development of children.Based on the domestic and foreign research results of kindergarten parent assistants and parents participating in preschool education research,this study used literature,interviews,and observation methods to study the status of kindergarten parent teaching assistants to investigate the current situation of parent teaching assistants.For the purpose of carrying out the process,discover the problems in kindergarten parent assistants and find out the reasons for the problems,so as to propose specific methods and strategies for solving the problems.The main contents of this study are as follows:The introductory part mainly describes the reasons for the research,the overview of research status,and the three parts of the research plan.The first chapter is an overview of kindergarten parent assistants.This section mainly introduces the related concepts of parental assistants in the study and the value of kindergarten parent assistants.The study of value is mainly divided into three parts:the value of parents' teaching assistants to children,the value to parents,and the value of kindergartens.The second chapter is about the status quo of kindergarten parent assistants.The author made corresponding observations through the observation method,the literature method,and the interview method on parents' understanding of acting as teaching assistants,the frequency of nursery parents' teaching assistants,the preparations for kindergartens to develop parental teaching assistants,the main content sources of parental teaching assistants,and the main forms of parental assistants.The study objectively summarizes the current status of kindergarten parent assistants.The third chapter analyzes the problems and causes of kindergarten parents' teaching assistants.The author analyzes the current situation of the study and concludes that there are parental teaching assistants in kindergartens that are too passive in parental teaching assistants,lack of parental knowledge and experience in preparing for teaching,parents are relatively free to teach,parental teaching forms are biased,and fathers are frequently involved in teaching assistants.Problems,and according to the question,the five main reasons for parents' weak awareness of teaching assistants,lack of parental educational experience,inadequate guidance of teachers for parents,and the lack of planned work of kindergarten parent assistants,and the traditional concept of father's role.Chapter IV,the strategy for kindergartens to improve parents' teaching assistants.This section focuses on the five major causes of problems,starting from kindergartens,parents,and teachers.It proposes to strengthen parental awareness of teaching assistants,improve parental teaching assistants,establish rules and regulations for parents' teaching assistants,strengthen teachers' guidance for parents' teaching assistants,and develop parental teaching assistants.,changing fathers' traditional beliefs,increasing father teaching assistants and other related strategies to promote the improvement of kindergarten parent teaching assistants.
