2016 is the full implementation of the ministry of education "national culture plan" sixth year, "the cultivation plan" purpose is to enhance the overall quality of the contingent of rural high school teachers, and teaching skills is one of the important qualities of middle school teachers, is also the important indexes of the teachers’ teaching effect.PE teaching skills is not only a teacher, knowledge, solutions, and understand the student personality, interests and psychological stress reaction and so on important means, is also the important bridge of physical education theory with practice.Therefore, in order to "countries culture plan" for the gripper targeted training of the rural middle school physical education teachers teaching skills, in Bao Ding city changes after the participation of rural middle school physical education teachers teaching skills as an example for research.the main research method of this article;with questionnaire survey, the basic information of the sports participation in Bao Ding city rural middle school teachers, teaching skill training target, training form, training result and the participation sports teachers teaching skills improvement in the investigation.The results showed that:(1)Sports teaching skill training present situation investigation, training unit or trainers can under the background of the long-term development of the national middle school teacher, leading to final goal to improve the teaching skills of teachers the teacher professional development, but not according to the participation teachers in local characteristics to develop more specific training objectives.PE teaching skills training contents for seven classes, while the classification is relatively abundant, but due to the different training experts focus on plate and the actual need, the participation teachers teachers teaching skills has not been balanced.There are many different kinds of training methods are more diverse, training methods, but training experts did not according to the needs of teachers and highlight certain kinds of training methods, more in-depth certain kinds of training methods.(2)Sports teaching skill training needs, cognition and evaluation, etc., training courses to meet the actual need of the participation teachers in teaching skills, but the teacher of teaching skills of learning and mastering the only one, lack of deeper cognition and reflection, not through the training specialist surface in the principle of teaching methods and skills.Training evaluation, to better use process assessment and summative assessment in two ways, make the training main body and object of fusion, more objectively evaluate the participation teachers;however, evaluation only occurred in the training of this phase, not to return to work the practical application of teachers’ teaching skills for traceability or feedback evaluation.Sports teaching skill raise, with closely linked to classroom practice teaching skills improve more apparent, such as: demonstration interpretation skills, guiding sports training, etc.;And with the "paper" related teaching skills improve amplitude is small, for example: scientific research skills, lesson plan design, etc.(3)according to the investigation of the problem and cause, and puts forward the following measures:(1)the proportion of sports teaching skill training content is not balanced, training form is not prominent advice and training method is not thorough, "fair" or "questionnaire" build a bridge of communication and the participation of teachers, training experts make training experts can be more objective and accurate understanding of the participation of teachers’ teaching skills.(2)the physical education teachers teaching skills training target weak pertinence advice, poor cognition, training will be the national primary and secondary school physical education teachers teaching basic requirements ", "middle school teachers’ professional standards" and "sports and health course standard", combine with teachers’ school situation, formulate practical and specific training objectives;Training and training experts "talks",
