Social Gender Theory Perspective Of Xingtai Women Development In The New Period

The Human society is the product of male and female interrelated and integrated,and only the equality and harmonious development between men and women can guarantee the whole society 's harmonious development.If women are not fully developed,the overall development of human society will be constrained.Therefore,this article takes women in Xingtai City as the research object,and it analyzes the achievement and the problems still faced by the women in Xingtai City since the foundation of PRC.Based on summarizing the experiences and lessons,women's effective development measures should be put forward.The paper is divided into three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction brought out the research significance from theory and practice aspects,and summarized the domestic and foreign research status of female development related.Women's development has been a popular research direction in recent years,many scholars home and abroad conducted professional study from a variety of different aspects.At the same time,the author points out the main research methods,research ideas and innovations of this paper in the introduction.In the first part,the related concepts and theories have been briefly summarized.Gender theory was the core concept of feminism,which contains three basic contents of gender differences,gender roles and gender systems.This theory provided a new perspective and theoretical tool for women's research,which was introduced into other fields of science.Related with theory of female development,the first one is to confirm women's development of“class nature”,the second is to acknowledge women's social developmental requirements,the third is to respect women's high-level development needs,and the fourth is to recognize the developmental demands of women's individuality.There are three types of women's development model,namely,women's participation in development model,women and development model and gender and development model.In the second part,the development of women in Xingtai since the founding of the state has been introduced,and a brief statement of women ' s development has been made.According to the time,it was divided into: the early period of the founding,the the overallsocialist construction period,the Cultural Revolution and the reform and opening up period.In the early period of the founding,the whole country was in up and down,women in Xingtai came out of the house and devoted themselves into the social construction.In the overall socialist construction period,the whole country began to explore the road of social construction comprehensively,and the women rights had been further confirmed.In Xingtai City,Comrade Lv Yulan became the model of women's development during this period.After the Cultural Revolution,the national economy appeared a certain degree of stagnation or even retrogression.Xingtai City's economic development was also affected,but there was an exception-Xingtai City tractor factory was built,especially female workers' attendance,which was a representative in this period Women 's Development in Xingtai City.In reform and opening up period,Xingtai City women based on the development,and paid more attention to the spiritual level of the pursuit and development.In the third part,it analyzed the achievements and problems of women development in Xingtai since the founding of new China.First of all,along with the deepening of reform and opening up,China's economy was sustainable as a whole,Xingtai City women was a representative of the economic field which was greatly improved in social life.They also mastered more real decision-making power,especially in culture and education with full attention and protection.However,in view of these development achievements,we should also see that there were still some urgent problems that are not conducive to the development of women in Xingtai City.Although women's employment rights were protected and developed by law,in reality,there existed directly or more hidden inequality,especially in the income.Women and men in Xingtai City,there were still varying degrees of disparity.Although the proportion of the number of women in politics increased,most of them concentrated in the more marginalized departments and posts,the social recognition degree of the government and society to women was not high,which led to women's speaking right loss,political power and status fake implemented.Especially in the Xingtai City Women's Federation,there was some loss in particular,which exposed the Xingtai women's own lack of knowledge.Women's Federation work reflected the obvious problem that women can not guarantee the broad participation,resulting in some problems were not reflected in time economic,political and cultural aspects.In the economy,the economic capacity of women in Xingtai City should be further improved,that is,to respect the gender characteristics of women,based on the expansion of female employment pattern,to encourage women to start their own businesses,and to provide help as much as possible.In politics,the first was to increase the legal propaganda,to make the law easy to understand;the second was to strengthen ties with all sectors of society for Xingtai City Women's Federation,in particular,to strengthen ties with government departments;the third was to closely contact women at the grassroots level,to strengthen social participation capacity,and to ensure the broad participation of women.In the culture,we must comprehensively improve the overall quality of women,not just vocational skills;and we should establish a typical female excellent,and demonstrate the positive place.In other aspects,the following aspects can be tried: the correct
