As is emphasized in New Senior Mathematics Curriculum Standards, math education should embody the value and characteristics of math. Since math roots in life and in turn is applied in life, mathematical education lifeization embodies the value and characteristics of math. However, increasing number of senior students lack interest in math and even hate it. The main reason is that senior math education is getting farther and farther from and even disconnected from real life. Students, who regard math study as a tool to deal with college entrance examination, gradually form such thought that math is of no use. The author has been making a practical research on senior mathematic education lifeization in order to make students recognize the practical value of math, arouse their interest in math and cultivate their sense of mathematical application. Based on John Dewey's and Tao Xingzhi's life education theories and guided by life theory in New Senior Mathematics Curriculum Standards, I point out the necessity of mathematical education lifeization.Now that many researches on senior mathematical education lifeization have been carried out, I have studied and analyzed carefully some of them by experts and scholars concerned in this field. Combined with my years of practice in senior math teaching and statistics from the questionnaire on two classes of Grade Two, Xuanhua No. 1 High School, I sort out some common problems in senior math study. Then I put forward the principles of mathematical education lifeization: the practical need-oriented principle, principle of students' math literacy improvement and principle of feasibility. From the three principles come the strategies of mathematical education lifeization: cultivating their sense of mathematical application, designing open math education activities and constructing life-oriented practical teaching model. Last, I present the means of mathematical education lifeization in studying the application: catching materials in life to lifeize math content, using experiences in life to lifeize teaching procedure and combining practice in life to develop students' creative thinking.To test the effect of mathematical education lifeization, I have carried out a trial and compared two classes of Grade Two, Xuanhua No. 1 High School. Based on micro experiments, I come to the conclusion: mathematical education lifeization do improve students' learning result, inspire their interest and develop their sense of mathematical application. In the end, after summarizing and reflecting on this article carefully, I think style of math can not be replaced by life in mathematical education.
