Task driven teaching method which is based on constructivist theory can change the traditional teaching scheme with the aim of improving enthusiasm and interests of study.This paper talks about the exploration and practice about this teaching method in the electro mechanics integration major at school.The characteristic of electro mechanics integration major will be the start of this report such as major feature,training objective and courses feature,collecting and summarizing some common pedagogics namely lecture method and project-based method based on cognitive features of students to draw a conclusion that combination method of theory and practice is the most suitable pedagogic for electro mechanics integration major.Then,understand the basic principles and concepts by the deep survey about task driven teaching method,analyze its scope of application and implementation procedure by combining the function of task driven teaching method and assess the level of fit among relevant courses to draw a conclusion that task driven teaching method can be adopted in electro mechanics integration major.Furthermore,we analyze application method and procedure of task driven teaching method in detail and design a practicable plan.Finally,put task driven teaching method into practice at the course of "The Application of SCM Technique" and design relevant teaching activities according to procedures.Which not only can improve the interests and enthusiasm of students,but also can enhance their communication and cooperation ability and learning initiative.Besides,some drawbacks and disadvantages in classroom organizations can be found effectively and relevant countermeasures can be poin ted out by the process of self-examination.During the process of exploration and practice,the difficult level of the existing teaching material is far more the requirement of training and ultimately make a decision to edit a more suitable teaching material for the Application of SCM Technique with limited contents and practical facilities in terms of students' ability and the courses' position.
