Research On Professional Social Workers Promoting Specialization Of Community Social Organizations

In recent years,the process of socialization has been accelerating gradually,which has made the grass-roots governance of the city receive more attention,and then the community has been gradually strengthened.This makes the community assume more and more functions and play more and more roles,that is,to meet the needs of residents,enrich the lives of residents,promote neighborhood harmony and other aspects,that is to say,the community is a social life community composed of people living in a geographical area.With the increasing emphasis on community,community governance is becoming more and more important.However,community governance can' t be carried out only by the government,but also by developing grassroots mass autonomy.Therefore,community social organizations emerge as the times require.In the current process of vigorously developing community construction,community social organizations have grown up from scratch,and also provided some support and help for community construction in China.First,they have activated the community atmosphere and built a platform for community residents to communicate and exchange;second,they have enriched the cultural life of the community and promoted the spiritual civilization construction of community residents;third,they have integrated community funds.Fourth,broaden the channels of government investment in community construction,and introduce financial support for community construction.These are gradually reflected in community governance,which can be seen that community social organizations have built a bridge between the government and community residents,narrowing the gap between the two,and become a link between residents 'participation in community governance and the government's contacts with the masses.However,at present,China's community social organizations are still in the process of cultivation and development.The development of some community social organizations is not so perfect,and some community social organizations still have certain defects.With the rapid development of community social organizations,some shortcomings will inevitably be revealed,such as the low participation of community residents,the inconsistent relationship between residents and communities,and the lack of professional training and guidance.From the government level,government incubation is an ongoing way,but it can't be involved in all corners of grass-roots governance.Therefore,the implementation of community governance in eachcommunity requires the involvement of professional social workers.However,how will professional social workers promote community social organizations,overcome their own shortcomings,break through difficulties,achieve reasonable and orderly development,and promote their professional process? This is a question worth thinking about.The author practiced in a social work organization in X Street,engaged in front-line social workers,focusing on the actual development of community social organizations,selected a community social organization with strong representative as the research object-the "old service team" in M community,contacted the organization closely,and grew up with the organization.The community social organizations in X Street were investigated on the spot by means of the combination of structured and unstructured interviews and non-participatory observation.In practice,the author observes that there is a positive interaction between professional social workers and community social organizations and communities.They are closely related,interoperable,mutually beneficial and win-win,and mutually supportive.However,in the process of cultivating community social organizations,such as the way and method of promoting,the design of promoting plans,etc.,there are sometimes disagreements between professional social workers and communities.Consistency,as well as specific implementation of community social organizations,will also lead to friction.Therefore,in the process of cultivating community social organizations,there will be unity and cooperation among the "three societies" as well as occasional friction and antagonism.The core issue of this paper is the process of professional social workers promoting the specialization of community social organizations.Firstly,the author investigates and studies the current situation of community social organizations in China,and understands two main ways of promoting: government incubation and professional social workers' promotion.Then,the author introduces the specific practical process observed in practice and summarizes the ways of promoting from the specific process.Finally,the author hopes that the combination of government incubation mode and professional social worker promotion mode can better cultivate community social organizations in the direction of specialization.In short,this paper mainly studies the work,role and function of professional social workers in promoting community social organizations.Based on this,by comparing with the government incubation model,the author puts forward that in the process of promoting the cultivation of community social organizations,professional social workersshould pay attention to the application of the concept of "helping others and self-help" in the concrete implementation.At the same time,we should adhere to the principle of "taking community residents as the main body,strengthening unity and mutual assistance among residents,and enhancing their enthusiasm for participation".In the specific implementation process,through the benign interaction with community social organizations to cultivate their public welfare awareness and community awareness,so that community social organizations become more and more professional,and can participate in the development and construction of the community independently and consciously.
