Study On The Role Orientation Of Social Work In "The Linkage Of Community,Social Organizations And Social Work" Model

In order to better promote the modernization of social governance capacity and system,and to implement multi-subject co-governance,the innovative community governance model of "The linkage of community,social organizations and social work" model emerged at the historic moment.The essence of this model is to take the community as the platform of activities,the social organization as the carrier,and the social work as the professional service force under the traction of the government's purchase of social service projects.Based on the actual situation of this model in X community of B city,the author analyzed the role orientation of social work professional force,and tried to provide reference for the introduction and development of the this model in areas where social work started late.This paper is divided into six chapters.The introduction presents the research background and significance of this paper.It also combs the literature about the role orientation of social work and social organizations participating in community governance at home and abroad.On this basis,literature review,observational method and semi-structured interview are used as the research methods in this paper.The second chapter introduces the development background of this "Three social linkage" model in X community from three aspects of policy,economic environment and community overview.Chapters three to five are the main parts of this paper,summarizes the process of changing the professional strength of social work in "Three social linkage" model from three stages: role pre-position,role-transition,role post-position.The role transformation process of social work is based on the development and maturity of community platform and social organizations to make adjustments and changes.In the process of linking social resources and carrying out social service projects,the professional methods and skills of social work are combined with the characteristics and nature of low-rent houses.This is an innovation in practice of "The linkage of community,social organizations and social work" model.The sixth chapter summarizes the experience of the development of the "Three social linkage" model in the X community,and draws the following conclusions: Advantage is an important prerequisite to promote the formation of the "Three social linkage" model;finding out the role orientation of social work is a reasonable choice;establishing a multi-sectors linkage mechanism is the practical path.Last,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for development "Three social linkage" model in the area where social work started late.Specifically speaking,the role pre-position,role-transition and role post-position of social work in the practice of "Three social linkage" model can not only control the overall situation in practice,but also as a supplement,retreat behind the scenes.It is social work that constantly adjusts and updates its role orientation in practice that ultimately forms the "Three social linkage" model suitable for its own development and needs.
