Q Social Work Institution's Roles Play In L-street Community Governance

Along with our country's community governance system innovation, social work institutions gradually involved in community governance. And the social work institution's proper role in the community governance,which participates in community's construction first time, is the key factor to influence the harmonious development of community. So in this paper, the Q social work institution in the L-street of Xiamen city is used for case-study. First of all, through participatory observation and in-depth interviews,I know:At present, Q social work institution as an independent body of undertaking the government's function in L-street community governance plays a enablers, a service provider, a resource-linking role,a facilitator and so on. Secondly, the Q social work organization also gradually appear all sorts of predicament in the process of running, such as roles unclear, roles conflict, roles interruption and roles failure.Finally, To solve the problem,I learn from a number of experienced practical social work in the interview process; combined with the experience of the excellent results at home and abroad, and put forward the proposals about the government and Q social work institutions which are good for effectively playing roles.
