Researching The Sustainable Development Of Swimming Competition In Fujian Province Universiade

In this paper, using literature data, questionnaire, expert interviews, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other research methods,and take the Universities in Fujian Province as the research object, choose 41 colleges and universities as the study sample which attend the college students department swimming competition of 15th provincial games in Fujian. Based on the comprehensive in-depth investigations and studies in swimming competition on the status of Fujian Province (include strength of swimming compare, analyze training methods, safeguard measures, athletes, coaches, referees condition), found some problems. And analysis influential factor of sustainable development for swimming competition in Fujian Province Universiade by Pareto-Chart analytical method. Propose appropriate countermeasures and suggestions in order to find a suitable road of sustainable development in Fujian College swimming competition.The results show:First, by analysis the data of the fifteenth session of the Universiade Fujian game, race packet tend to rationalize,the number of participants and teams has grown. From the competition results, the number of elite athletes in swimming is less and little enhance on the overall competition score margin little.Second, most of the swimming training funds shortage and single sources, mainly in school-based financial expenditure, lack of training venues and facilities, reward system is imperfect. Third, there are somes problems of swimmers in Fujian Colleges in culture included: players gender disparities, more male than female; shorter period athletes;athletes grade distribution is unreasonable, the lack of high-level talent; lack of competition experience. The number of weekly training is less, and each training time is short; lack of post-training recovery method. Fourth, the College swimming coaches in Fujian Province is served in the form of schools are directly appointed, lack of competition. The coaches team's education background and title structure is reasonable,is a predominantly male team. Survey in the original specializing found that more than half of non-professional swimmers, and short in develop long-term training program, led a small number of entries, lack of experience, and research in related areas to swim very weak. Fifth, the age of swimming referees concentrated in the age of the young, the referee is not high overall grade, concentrated in two national level and less on refresher training times and scientific research is weak.For the Status and Problems of Fujian College Swimming Competition, the following measures for the protection of competition on Sustainable Development:First, the media play a role, broaden the sources of funds, and enhance the protection of the material base; Second, strengthen the focus on swimming, and to provide the policy support for its development; Third, set up and improve the athletics swimming backup talent cultivation system; Fourth, build system of "combination of sport and education", deal with the relationship between learning and training; Fifth, strengthen the training of swimming coaches to improve the level of training; Sisth, strengthen the management of the referee to ensure the sustainable development of swimming referee work; Seventh, perfect the incentive mechanism, enhance the positive initiative of the main body.
