Objective:This paper focuses on fitness, nutrition intervention and exercise combined with differences of nutritional intervention on adolescent body shape, physical function, physical impact, which provides a favorable theoretical and practical basis to enhance the physical fitness of young people, thus improving our millions of green physical health status of the juvenile in our country.Methods:The study was about12017-20year-old freshman female students. The selected were carried out12-week physical training and nutritional intervention. In this paper the use of literature, mathematical statistics, experiments and other research methods for female college students in the exercise intervention and nutritional interventions before and after the body shape, physical function, the constitution state of the test.Results:1. Index of body shape:(1) Before and after the experiment, height indicators were not significant differences. On the Body Mass Index (BMI) before and after the experimental control group no significant difference; sports group, sports nutrition group has a very significant difference; nutrition group has significant difference.(2) After the experiment, height indicators were not significant differences. Exercise group, sports nutrition group has more significant difference than the control group to reduce body weight,; nutrition group plays more important role than exercise group.Exercise group, the BMI value of sports nutrition group than the control group improved; nutrition group BMI values increased significantly.2,.Indicators of physical function:(1) Before and after the experiment, the control group, nutrition group FVC little change; sports group, sports nutrition group has a very significant difference; little change in control group, body mass index of nutritional group vital capacity; exercise group Sports Nutrition group has a very significant difference; step test indicators in the control group, little change in the nutrition group step test index; sports group, sports nutrition group has a very significant difference.(2) After the experiment, the vital capacity indicators: compared with the control group, sports group, sports nutrition group has change, the former has a significant difference, the latter has a very significant difference; the vital capacity of the exercise group compared with the Sports Nutrition group increased significantly; and nutrition, sports nutrition group lung capacity to improve very significantly. FVC body mass index:Compared with the control group, sports group, sports nutrition group FVC body mass index was significantly improved, the former has a significant difference, the latter has a very significant difference; compared with the exercise group, sports nutrition group FVC body mass index increased; and nutrition, sports nutrition group after the experiment vital capacity increased significantly. Step test indicators:compared with the control group, sports nutrition group experiment step test scores to improve significantly; and nutrition, sports nutrition group step test scores improve significantly.3, Physique change:(1) Before and after the experiment, body mass index, grip strength:control group, no significant difference; there are significant differences in the exercise group; group nutrition, sports nutrition group has a very significant difference. Nutrition group there were no significant differences in the50meter dash indicators, the control group; exercise group has a very significant difference; sports nutrition group has a very significant difference. Indicators of the standing long jump, the control group, the nutrition group were not significantly different; the exercise group had significant difference; sports nutrition group with significant difference.800meters targets, the control group, the nutrition group were not significantly different; the exercise group had significant difference; sports nutrition group has a very significant difference.(2) After the experiment, body mass index, grip strength: compared with the control group, body mass index of the exercise group, nutrition groups in grip strength after the experiment to improve significantly; sports nutrition group to improve very significantly.50meters of indicators, with the control group compared to, sports nutrition group to improve significantly, and other several groups without significantly with the difference; compared with the exercise group, nutrition group to improve significantly with, sports nutrition group to improve a very significant; compared with the nutrition group, movement improvement of nutrition group is very significant. In the standing long jump, compared with the control group, sports group, sports nutrition group increased significantly; and sports nutrition group increased significantly; and nutrition, sports nutrition group increased significantly. In the800meters indicators, compared with the control group, sports group, sports nutrition group increased very significantly; and sports nutrition group increased significantly, sports nutrition group to improve very significantly.Conclusion:1, after the intervention of the different programs, subjects’ height varying degrees of increase in exercise program to stimulate bone growth, and intervention programs on bone calcium required supplementary. In body weight, weight loss of the sports nutrition group, indicating that the science of exercise and diet control help to control weight, unilateral exercise or diet on weight loss is less important. Other groups, there are some subjects the phenomenon of weight gain, which is mainly caused due to eating too much.2,In bodily functions, the subjects’ vital capacity increase in a nutrition intervention program in some kind, such as apples, tomatoes and other foods, in addition to physical exercise increases the ability of the respiratory system, lung capacity have a significant role in promoting. Nutritional intervention alone does not produce. The step test subjects during the post-intervention, cardiovascular function improved.3, In the physical and other literature during the exercise intervention, the subjects’ upper body strength has improved. Lower extremity strength of different groups of subjects the increase in lower extremity strength of intervention programs for young people to promote.
