In response to the requirements of the new chemistry curriculum reform, the comprehensive development of students meet the needs of students in chemistry learning and lifelong education, improve teachers on the teaching content and the teaching difficulty is the ability to control, in order to improve the efficiency of teaching, the author puts forward the appropriate teaching of chemistry in senior high school. This study mainly discusses the basic connotation, theoretical basis and research status of the appropriate teaching theory, and then sort out the concept, characteristics and main methods.This study advocates in the chemistry teaching should have something not to do and grasp the "degree", to avoid the "overkill". This is the application of the Chinese traditional wisdom doctrine of the mean in the middle school chemistry appropriate teaching.This study on the chemistry of moderate teaching were questionnaire and analysis, literature reading method using an access to senior high school chemistry teaching of "degree" problem, summarizes the mode of high school chemistry appropriate teaching and cited the case of how to use the study in the integration of some new theories and new ideas at the same time, trying to chemistry teaching burden and provide efficient has theoretical significance and practical application value research results.
