| At present stage, the injury accident in school has already been an impact that spoil the progress of school physical education in China. Facing the decreasing number of student’s physical condition, the national has been taking actions to promote the performing of school physical education. Thus, it’s indispensable to have a study in prevention and treatment in school’s injury accident. The author according to the Ministry of education in 2015 June 1 implementation of notice of the Interim Measures for the school sports injury accident prevention and control as the research angle, to 10 universities in Fujian Province as an example, using literature data method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, and method of school sports injury. Therefore the prevention and processing of in-depth investigation and study. The results of this study:1. Fujian province undergraduate institutions have different degree of loss in the development of equipment management system, safety management and training system and emergency plan system, especially the sports system injury accident report, only 5.6% of the universities have to establish and perfect the system, and the specific implementation is low.2. Over 81.7% of researched students had the experiences of different kinds of sports injury, the mild injury is under 78.9%, And due to some reasons, like lack of legal awareness, avoidance of responsibility, the happening odd has increased correspondingly.3. The college students barely tend to cover the basic insurance, and also they have always take no count of self-accident odd. In addition, the assessment in sports safety is too much lagging behind, and the coverage of it, is way too limited.According to the conclusion, to boost the progress of college sports, following steps should be considered:1, to further improve the Fujian Province universities safety education content system, and constantly improve the physical education teachers, students and personnel of sports safety consciousness, enhance physical security level of theory and practical skills; correct and improve the strain processing ability of physical education teachers teaching attitude and responsibility sudden accident; build teachers exchange platform, to promote the teaching experience the communication among teachers, improve teachers’ overall teaching level; 2, the establishment of laws and regulations for handling accidents of college physical education, strengthen the publicity of laws and regulations, improve the level of personnel at all levels of legal awareness, to ensure that in the university sports injury accident processing when the work, to fully protect the legitimate rights and interests of students, colleges and universities, alleviate social contradictions; 3 improve the undergraduate colleges in Fujian province sports safety management system, reduce the damage of College Sports The rate of accident; perfect the sports insurance system, expand the school sports injury accident relief way, establish a suitable college sports insurance system and legal laws and regulations, reduce the sports injuries to the family, the economic burden of colleges and universities. |
