With the reform and opening up and the speeding up of urbanization, a large number of migrant workers from rural areas into cities, they have contributed a lot to the economic and social development of the city,but at the same time, they also brought the related social problems. That is, as a marginal groups, the education of the "migrant children" is becoming more and more attention from society. The education problem of Migrant children is not just about individual psychology, personality, values and moral quality of all aspects of development, relates to the national quality of overall improvement, what is more, it also has a great relevance to the social stability and prosperity of the country.However, the education condition of migrant children in China is not optimistic, and it has some bad influence on the personality quality of migrant children. Based on the interview and relevant research, the paper discussed the migrant children in family, school and community environment, Which is used to analyze incomplete education of migrant children in the perspective of sociology and anthropology.This paper mainly selects, Jinan District, Fuzhou, HouPuCun of the migrant children as the research object, Through the survey of migrant children, their parents and family, school and community in HouPuCun, We found that there is some problem in the education and environment condition of migrant children's family, school and community. Mainly for family environment and the atmosphere is not ideal, parents'education concept, contents and way of conservative backward; the teaching environment, teaching atmosphere, and the relationship between teachers and students are not so good, Community environment and the interaction between migrant children, social adaptation difficulties and some problems of the migrant children's own behavior.People want to become themselves, to become a complete person, and you need a complete existence. The incomplete person mainly depends on their existence itself is not complete. The incomplete family, school, community and its own aspects education of migrant children is the basic reason for the incomplete development of their physical, mental, personality, ethical and moral qualities. To solve this problem, we need to attain the attention of the whole society, to establish a trinity of family, school and community education mode, and to create a complete learning and living space for the healthy growth of the migrate children, in order to really solve the problem of migrant children's education and individual development, to be a real complete social people. Subsequently, on the basis of this, the article analyzed the importance of family ethics on the growth of children. Family is the first step of the children entry into the society. And the traditional family ethics has very important significance to the modern family education.Finally, we are thinking about the social status of this gengeration migrant children.
